Wouldn’t connect to any of the monitors. Tried everything and even geek squad couldn’t get it working. Returned it and have a new one coming so we’ll see how this one is.

No Customer Service

However it did not have an operating system installed and trying to work with CyberPowerPC was impossible. I returned it and bought a Lenovo.

Terrible buy!

Failed after a week

I tried to reset the pc and reinstall windows but it blue screens when i tried to complete the windows installation. Returned and got a refund.

Very upsetting with product for the price

Worked great for a week.

Best Buy was great about taking it back though, unfortunately I can’t recommend purchasing this.

No game would work not even fortnite. Would shut down instantly upon trying to play any game for five minutes. Completely useless and such a ripoff.

I tried to load a video game after set up and got a checked pattern on the screen. I brought it to the store and they determined it was a faulty graphics card. The LEDs sure are pretty though!!

I bought one for me and one for my brother and on arrival neither of them turned on. I thought I wouldn’t be one of the people that got a bad one but I was. Do not buy this pc. Pretty decent

So far I've had it for a day and it is working well. I get over 240 FPS on league of legends, I can run ARK, and COD 3. It's easy to set up just plug and go.

Turns out it’s a Windows 10 issue; however, Microsoft Windows IT could not repair it. Waiting on a new pc. Hopefully we don’t have the same issue.
