    DO NOT BUY !!! It WORKED FOR 3 months normal ware and died .. sent it off to to cyberpower pc to get fix and it came back worst now I have $900 pc that I can’t use.

    Lasted 4 days and quit working. Best Buy was very helpful to get a new one ordered to replace it. Purchased for our 11 year old for Christmas and unfortunately it didn’t last.

    Was packed nicely, but wouldn't run program. Double checked all cords and still wouldn't load the basic programming. PC shut off after 2 to 3 minutes automatically.

    No bueno! Glitchy out the box, kept crashing, my son loved the case and the fancy lights but that’s all it had going for it. We returned to Best Buy after 10 days.

    Great Versatile PC for Games and Streaming

    Great PC for the price. I was a Playstation gamer all my life but finally wanted to get a PC in order to play the newest PC games and because I really needed a computer now with the pandemic and all my college classes being online and such. Happy to say that I am extremely happy with this purchase. It can run pretty much everything I have tried (Fortnite, Call of Duty, Sekiro, Cyberpunk 2077). According to Can You Run It website, it can run 99% of all available games out as of December 2020 and has the recommended max specs for 97% of games. I have also experimented with the streaming capabilities and was able to stream COD and run it at a minimum smooth 60 fps at 1080p. The only honest downside that I can give it is that while the 3 fans keep it always cool under heavy loads the fans are audible (I play with headphones so I do not care, and my PS4 fans were much louder and sounded like a jet plane taking off, this is much quieter). If you plan to use it for the newest games, do yourself a favor and buy a pair of 8gb RAM sticks for 16gb RAM support and you'll pretty much be future proof for all the current games. You might want to upgrade the keyboard in the future though. The one that it comes with is fine, but the design isn't the most comfortable I've had for my hands. The mouse has lights that change color and are pretty cool. You can also change the lights of the fans to different colors and patterns. I've gotten many compliments about how cool it looks.

    Bluetooth literally just stopped working one day after return window and you can’t connect a headset with mic you have to get a separate mic
