Customers are saying

Customers regard the Gamer Master Gaming Desktop favorably for its performance, ease of setup, and good graphics capabilities, frequently praising its value for the price. However, some users experienced issues with the power supply and reported inconsistent fan performance. Positive feedback also centered around the ample storage and smooth gameplay at high frame rates. While some users found the included keyboard satisfactory, others noted the need for a RAM upgrade.

Just got about a week ago and so far I am really enjoying this Gaming Desktop. I play Warframe and have no problems at all. Very smooth play and fast. I would recommend this desktop to anyone that love to game. Had no problems with the set up and was fast. Was up and playing right away. I also think the price point is good as well.

Good price to performance ratio. I purchased this machine solely for the Ryzen 5 3600, RX 580 combo, but am overall very pleased with the rest of the package. At this price there are certainly some compromises. This model does not support Bluetooth out of the box, but if it is a must have, you could add an aftermarket module with little hassle. Opting for two sticks 8gb 3200mhz RAM vs. the single 8gb 3000mhz stick it comes with is highly recommended for best performance on today’s titles. My monitor only supports 1080p at 60Hz, so I can’t speak to performance beyond that, however, FPS remain locked at 60 with settings at their highest on Doom Eternal and Destiny 2. I’m not super crazy about the look of the front panel, but hey, that’s just me and my preference. This machine was purchased less than a week ago so time will tell how the components hold up, but for the time being, everything is running smooth and as I would expect. All in all I think this a great platform to build off of if you are just starting out in PC gaming, especially at this price point and with what’s going on in the graphics card market.

I purchased this computer for its graphics. I have to say I am impressed all the way around. I love the cooling fans the fact I can upgrade the memory if needed. There are no stalls or pauses when I play my games. Even the download speed is impressive. Would recommend for a first gaming pc. Cristine

It's a great "out the box" gaming PC. Very easy set up. I recommend upgrading the Ram to 16gb. I was able to get a solid 165 FPS on Fortnite running on High settings. Fans can be a bit loud, Otherwise no complaints.

I do not usually submit reviews on this type of item. I felt, after reading some of the reviews, that this would be one of those times to do so. The added bonus to submitting a review is the company does offer a gift card for reviewing. This is accessible via a flash drive type thing they send with the PC. I mention this so when someone sees it when they purchase, they are able to easily weed out certain reviews. The offer is nice and am going to utilize it if I can but my review is based, as you will see, off my personal views and experience and not a$10 gift card. I am hoping with this review to address some of the complaints that I see. Fist things first I only gave this 4 stars based on my experience in the first 2 weeks of owning. Some of the issues are outside of the company's control. However one main issue, I feel, should not have happened. However they will happen with a custom build, which this is just that. If you want a no error PC then look at the big name brands. Most, if not all, of the issues I mention will likely happen if you were to build a PC from scratch. The first issue I had was with the XFX graphics card that came with this. Right out of the box it was DOA. Upon booting up I had lines running vertically on the monitor. I tried all of my monitors with the same results. The other part to this was it would not load into Windows. Having knowledge with PCs, I knew right there the GPU was faulty. I contacted support and it was deemed that it was in fact the GPU and an RMA issues for a replacement. The only down side is, if you choose to send the bad item back after receiving the replacement, your card will be charged in case you don't send back the defective item. This, to me, is a bit of a pain considering you just spent money on the unit to have to spend more, granted it is only a hold, to get a replacement part. I opted to have the replacement overnighted, at my expense, to lessen the length of hold on the funds. The replacement I received was an ASROCK version of the GPU versus the XFX. I attribute that to the lack of availability or the amount of issues I have seen on here. The next issue I have dealt with over the past 2 weeks, to me, are to be expected with custom build PCs. Those were multiple BSOD. All of them, so far, were easily resolved with driver updates and windows update. I don't think the manufacturer of this PC is at all in control of this since updates, for some of the components, happens too often to stay up to date, even with PCs that were already assembled and sent out for distribution. Customer service at the time I had my issue was extremely busy and wait times were lengthy. I am assuming this was due to the holiday season and possibly the same or similar issues I experienced. That being said they maybe need to employ 1 or 2 extra people to help out. Their email response, at least for me, leaves a lot to be desired. I suggest, if there's an issue, to call and wait on hold. At least you will get to speak to someone the same day. I would suggest, once it is set up, to update all drivers and windows before using. The next thing is to upgrade the RAM to 16 gigs. I used CORSAIR - Vengeance LPX 16GB (2PK x 8GB) 3.2 GHz DDR4 DRAM Desktop Memory Kit - Black from Best Buy Model:CMK16GX4M2B3200C16. I confirmed with the CyberPowerPC tech I talked to that this will work. Just note that in order to use this to its potential you need to activate XMP in the BIOS. I did find that I would occasionally get BSOD, with a program for work, and was fixed with a recent update to BIOS. Overall I am very satisfied with the purchase. The case is nice and clean with the cable management. The lighted fans are a nice touch. Having USB 3.0, 6 in all, both front and back is nice. They do upgrade the CPU cooler with a coolermaster versus the stock CPU fan that comes with AMD Ryzen CPUs. Not sure why they do this but it works and appears to be a little beefier. As of this review, in order to build this exact component list would be around $1200 due to pricing of some of the components, especially a GPU. With that said this is definitely a great value and I do recommend. This is a great start and plenty of options and room to build off the current setup. If anything changes I will be sure to update this review accordingly.

An excellent choice runs all the big games with little or very small loading in graphics issues as in freeze’s graphics for a small second then everything loads in piece by piece so very good system I believe even without upgrading any parts.

So far its performed great. Havent played much other than apex, but I havent dropped below 75fps (which unfortunately is my monitors limit). I'll eventually up to 16gb ram, but otherwise its been a great purchase, especially given the current scalpers market.

No complaints here. PC arrived earlier than expected and works great! I've been playing Apex and portal nights at 1080p/60fps and no issues whatsoever. At this point in time, this is the best bang for your buck deal out there. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic PC for the price. Not only can I run large games like Destiny 2, but this PC is also VR compatible! If that wasn't enough, it also comes with a nice mouse & keyboard. I had a small issue with setting up Windows on the computer, but after chatting with CYBERPOWER's tech support I had my problem solved quickly and easily. I couldn't be happier with this computer :)

I have not many complaints about this PC. The lights on it are very vibrant and pretty, but it’s limited to a certain set of colors and flashing styles (not a dealbreaker). The only thing is that I had to get new RAM sticks because this PC came with the bare minimum (8 gb) — if you plan to stream or make screen record gaming content for YouTube, you absolutely need more RAM (I got Oloy from Amazon and it works fine), and it’s not hard to switch out, for any beginners that might be nervous with changing the RAM. Other than that’s, I haven’t had any outstanding issues that I can remember, and I’ve had this PC for a couple of years now.

Out of the box this system was amazing. The only flaw was the windows key not working but one call with customer service and I got it in less than 24 hours. For the price its definitely one of the more affordable options right now and the RX 580 that came with it is perfect for regular gaming. Definitely a good pickup if your looking for a gaming PC on a budget.

This pc is great, I game using a 1080p monitor and the majority of my games run over 60 FPS on ultra settings. I added another stick of ram, since it came only with one 8 gbs. The price is good too, especially these days.

I'd like to keep this short but sufficient enough to express how excellent this PC actually is and I know sometimes really long reviews get looked over so please take a second to read this one. This is a MUST BUY if you're looking for a top of the line gaming experience that falls under a reasonable and affordable price range. Every recent released game I've tried on it has all ran smoothly on very high settings. Never lags, never overheats, never experience a prolonged loading screen-runs everything almost instantly! We currently have multiple other gaming PCs (with much higher pricetags) in our home and this has been the best purchase yet by far ever made.

I couldn't be happier with my CyberPowerPC! I bought the Gamer Master Gaming Desktop-AMD Ryzen 5 36008GB Memory-AMD Radeon RX 580-2TB HDD + 240 SSD PC. I was extremely lucky to get it, considering the shortage of GPUs and subsequently Desktop gaming PCs. The graphics are clear and sharp, I haven't had any framerate issues. The pc case is beautiful, with a tempered glass side that allows me to peer into the case while it is running, the 3 included RGB fans are silent, colorful, and keep the roomy mid-tower case quite cool. The purchase included a keyboard and mouse, both RGB, as well. I enjoy using both. Thank you for a great product CyberPowerPC!

Bought this on black Friday and I must say this was WELL worth early morning rising. I've run into no issues thus far and experienced amazing frame rates in all my games. The only framerate issue I have is in ck2 when I pump the speed all the way to the max. The price is well worth it and grants amazing upgrade potentials. For sure recommend this to a friend. Make sure you plug in the antennas in the back of the pc. They look like two helicopter blades. I've seen a review stating they had an issue connecting to the internet without first doing that and knocked it a star. Not worth the knock as it's user error but figured id mention it. it also looks great :)
