Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I will edit this review when i get a replacement, worked great for 3 days and graphics card went to hades, green artifacts and dancing ants, looked like gaming screen was meshed with old tv snow., if i had to guess they secretly use refurbished junk parts. i have same GPU in my self built pc running 3 years strong, first pre built gaming pc i buy and it has a junk card??? highly suspect of using second hand parts IMO.

Garbage - cheap parts

My experience...dismal. Ordered this over the internet, waited a week and a half. When it finally arrived I picked it up at my local Best Buy, took it home, unboxed, set up and...nothing. No screen, no nothing. Took it all back that day. The Geek Squad tried it and...nothing. Turns out it was a defective GPU. You get what you pay for and I was informed that this company, CyberPower, is nothing more than a cheap, computer build company that collects parts from cheap vendors, puts them together and sends them out. I eventually did my research and built my own. I'd suggest doing the same or purchase a more known brand like Lenovo or Dell.

Nothing but problems since I got it.

Not the best, but it runs the games that I play and the software I use pretty well. However, that's only if the PC itself is actually working correctly. Ever since I got it I have had one problem after another, usually relating to the GPU. Sometimes the screen just craps itself and the PC restarts. Sometimes it does this and I have to restart the PC again to actually use it for more than just web browsing. The last time this happened even that didn't work, and I spent a good 3 days trying to get it working again. That's not even so of it. Sometimes it'll simply refuse to boot. I press the power button and nothing happens afterwards. That's what my current problem is as of typing this review. I'm trying to hard-reset it but it's still not working. Because of these issues, it makes this the absolute worst PC I've ever bought because despite the good hardware, it doesn't do any good if none of it is actually working half the time.

Never buy another one

Dead after 4.5 Months

It would restart itself multiple times, but it would always come back on. Now it's totally dead. I am beyond annoyed. I can't even return it! I feel like I wasted $1,100 and I haven't even paid this off.

Great Gaming PC For Beginners

As someone who is brand new to PC gaming, the set up and installation was super easy and I can take it at my own pace learning how to upgrade the system myself since it already has everything needed to game. I love being able to change the PC's colors as well. The fact that it comes with a keyboard and gaming mouse is awesome too. Great PC for the price. Highly recommend.
