Good value, but did not boot out of the box

It has good airflow and the led lights are great. Unfortunately, the computer wouldn't boot so I had to call their technical support. Technical support answered pretty quickly and walked me through a few steps to try. The tech was polite and knowledgeable but in the end, I was given an RMA to send it back for repair. The computer is a good value but it's a huge bummer that it did not work out of the box.
