looked nice, but did not sound nice

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Looked to be a decent computer, but one day in, started gaming, one fan extremely loud and then just stopped working, along with the input audio, updated everything (even though it was just set up less than 24 hrs ago), still the input audio would not detect anything. Overall disappointing. Most likely will return it.

Getting Into PC gaming for the first time?

To have a CyberPower product at Best Buy really gave me reassurance in my purchase. I would recommend this to a friend that is as uninformed as me about the PC market, that wants to enter for the first time.

Not even a fully built pc.

Tried turning it on, nothing, just blowing fumes practically. Turns out, they gave me a half made computer with no hard drive installed! Absolutely absurd to buy a prebuilt with no hard drive.

Ups and downs

It has been about 5 months since i purchased it and i keep getting green screened followed by a restart. The fans are also loud but tolerable.

Bad Power Supply

It ran everything fine until I tried turning it on and would not power up. When I returned it to Best Buy they told me the power supply went bad and that it’s a common problem with this brand of PCs

Crash, Crash, Crash

I can't even watch YouTube for more than half an hour without the machine turning off. I've done everything. Updated drivers, updated bios, uninstalled, reinstalled, memory tests, temperature tests, and I just can't find the problem. It's just not worth the headache anymore. Will be returning. Very disappointed as it seems I'm the only one with the problem after reading other reviews.
