Bought this pc just by the comments and boy was I disappointed when i got it all hooked up and tried to play games the only thing i have on it is GTA5 Fivem and i literally got 2-20 ish FPS! It was crash and studder central! Now im not saying the whole pc is garbage its a beautiful pc good motherboard decent ram needs more to be honest 16gb is minimum for any newer games and it eats it right up. Now on to the GPU DO NOT BUY THE RX6500XT VERSION its only got 4gb of vram and its junk spend the extra and get the 4060 GPU IN IT! I promise you will be much happier 

The product is really but the problem is that it doesn’t come with any sound you have to buy speaker and it does not specify that

This pc Is good and can handle most games at medium setting however i don't believe the price i play correlates to the specs on this pc.

I personally advice against getting this as a starter PC and I know this take may be different for everybody due to there experience but lemme tell ya mine. Just 2 weeks over the 70 day return policy the pc started acting up and having cpu and memory usage problems and then after leaving it untouched for 2 more days it would even connect to HDMI so now your left with a box of metal that lights up and your $650 down the drain. you can get another PC for a couple extra bucks and a ton of less problems.

Decided to buy a new pc for a family memeber and it came preassembled and damaged as seen in the pictures. Screws can barley be taken off or put back on due to how warped it is. However its just the case. I complained to online support and they offered me a $70 refund. Still no refund, when I reached out to support again they said they can only do $65. Money is not the issue. I dont believe I will get the credit ever and every time I complain they will lower the credit amount :) dont give your money to companies that dont care. Im done buying from BestBuy. Customer support is terrible and they will ship your damaged goods and make you waste time and gas on thier mistakes, thanks but no thanks.

Its a decent pc, but for what it costs compared to its performance i cant rate it higher than a 3... i read the processor was bottlenecking the vid card so i got a step up and it still can not play most games on higher than med graphics.. wish i never spent $900

Purchased this in March 2025 worked for a month then had to restore once a week until today when it won't even boot up this pc is garbage dont water your money

since purchasing this computer i have had nothing but issues and very very poor customer service from best buy. Im hoping cyberpower has better service. i had originally been excited about the purchase but has quicly gone down hill to the point where i am considering returning it tomorrow morning unless i hear back from cyberpower in the morning and revcieve my gift cards

this is just great all together and parts are cheapish but this pc doesn't lag, doesn't over heat, doesn't get to loud and works really fast and fun to game on. I never had a pc and for this to be my first. I love the heck out of it :)

I’ve had this PC for a few days now, and it’s such a good PC for the price. To be honest, at first I didn’t have high expectations for this PC but once I started up a game I saw just how strong this PC is. It also comes with a lot of things, like a free Xbox gamepass. I do have a problem with opening up the glass, the screws are tricky to put back in. Other than that this is a very good PC for the price.

It's a very good budget 1080p pc. The ryzen 5 5500 is a great budget chip and offers a great upgrade path for AM4 and also graphics cards up to the 6700 xt or 4060. The GPU is also very good, I achieve around 400-1200 on minecraft bedwars, 180-ish fps on valorant max settings, and 100 fps on fortnite medium settings. The pc also has ddr4 ram of 3600Mhz, also 17gb. With also 930 or 1tb nvme ssd. Also every software needed for the pc was installed except for some drivers which was easily installed after 1 hour. And the pc looks good. However, maybe fix up on some cable management on the back to make it clean. Also the motherboard i got was a B550M, instead of a full atx mobo (also seen as the motherboard has some space under it where a atx mobo could cover.) Overall great pc would recommend for budget gamers under 700 dollars.

Amazing PC! The colors are stunning and make my friends jealous! It runs all of my favorite games very smoothly and on high FPS. The amount of storage that this computer contains is crazy. It lets me download lots of games with no issues. The keyboard and mouse that comes with this PC is really reliable (although I opt to use my own keyboard and mouse). Setup was very easy. It is also a very good bang for your buck. The specifications are very good.

a long time Apple user, first time PC owner. glad i made the switch, as playing PC games with Macbook Pro 2 isn’t ideal. it’s a great starter into PCs, i can have games at high render and they are constantly lagging. the design is beautiful and the fan isn’t too loud. would recommend. glad i was able to get this on sale!
