Bought this pc just by the comments and boy was I disappointed when i got it all hooked up and tried to play games the only thing i have on it is GTA5 Fivem and i literally got 2-20 ish FPS! It was crash and studder central! Now im not saying the whole pc is garbage its a beautiful pc good motherboard decent ram needs more to be honest 16gb is minimum for any newer games and it eats it right up. Now on to the GPU DO NOT BUY THE RX6500XT VERSION its only got 4gb of vram and its junk spend the extra and get the 4060 GPU IN IT! I promise you will be much happier 

The product is really but the problem is that it doesn’t come with any sound you have to buy speaker and it does not specify that

This pc Is good and can handle most games at medium setting however i don't believe the price i play correlates to the specs on this pc.

I personally advice against getting this as a starter PC and I know this take may be different for everybody due to there experience but lemme tell ya mine. Just 2 weeks over the 70 day return policy the pc started acting up and having cpu and memory usage problems and then after leaving it untouched for 2 more days it would even connect to HDMI so now your left with a box of metal that lights up and your $650 down the drain. you can get another PC for a couple extra bucks and a ton of less problems.

Decided to buy a new pc for a family memeber and it came preassembled and damaged as seen in the pictures. Screws can barley be taken off or put back on due to how warped it is. However its just the case. I complained to online support and they offered me a $70 refund. Still no refund, when I reached out to support again they said they can only do $65. Money is not the issue. I dont believe I will get the credit ever and every time I complain they will lower the credit amount :) dont give your money to companies that dont care. Im done buying from BestBuy. Customer support is terrible and they will ship your damaged goods and make you waste time and gas on thier mistakes, thanks but no thanks.

Its a decent pc, but for what it costs compared to its performance i cant rate it higher than a 3... i read the processor was bottlenecking the vid card so i got a step up and it still can not play most games on higher than med graphics.. wish i never spent $900

since purchasing this computer i have had nothing but issues and very very poor customer service from best buy. Im hoping cyberpower has better service. i had originally been excited about the purchase but has quicly gone down hill to the point where i am considering returning it tomorrow morning unless i hear back from cyberpower in the morning and revcieve my gift cards
