I purchased the: CyberPowerPC - Gamer Master Gaming Desktop - AMD Ryzen 5 5500 - 16GB Memory - AMD Radeon RX 6500 XT 4GB - 1TB SSD - Black I purchased this Gaming PC for my 11 year old son for Christmas and I was lucky enough to get a great deal on black friday sales. This Gaming PC sat for about 6 weeks so I was a little worried in setting it up. Plus i knew nothing about gaming prior to looking up what graphic cards would he need for a decent starting system. We had ZERO issues. It came in a security seal. I unboxed this beautiful gem with ease. I had to remove 2 screws to slide glass panel off to remove packing from inside the unit. while the glass was out, i took off all the static cling glass protector films and made sure there were no loose connections. The Start Here First card that came in the box was super easy to follow and everything worked. However, it did not have a step for adding on wifi antennas so the first run through was not successful, but a easy fix. I would reccommend this PC company to anyone as I am super impressed. It’s a great starter computer works flawlessly great for a first time computer

i haven't purcharsed a new computer in twenty years and i have to say this was the easiest i have every setup and i'm talking about dealing with other perople setups. this computer is a very good purchase for the money i do not think you will be disappointed.

This was my first pc that I have ever purchased, but I had some help deciding which one to get, and my friends said this was a really good deal. I have had it for about 2 weeks, and It has done everything I have wanted flawlessly. It can run games such as valorant and R6 flawlessly, and can even run higher end games such as rust at good frames. I am very happy with this purchase, especially considering the price.

So far this was a gift for my son for his 9th birthday. So far, we just got it, and it's running smoothly so far. Will update in a few months.

Basic Gaming Rig, plenty of upgrade potential, decently priced. Went to pick up in store, staff was very helpful and professional. Could not put the same system together for this price. All top notch components, ASUS, Western Digital, AMD, and more. Will be buying more of these systems when my budget allows.

Bought this pc after extensive review. It is my sons 1st oc so we wanted it to be good but not break the bank. It has not disappointed. Solid pc and great quality overall. I have heard rumors of customer service being poor but so far we haven't needed to reach out...time will tell. The team member at best buy was fantastic.

I originally went to beast buy to get a Xbox or ps5 but I was able to convince my parents to get me this PC and Honestly it was one of the beast purchase's I've made. After 5 months of having, it I have had no problems with it. I have used it for Homework and video games all of it runs perfectly smooth. If I had enough money for another one I would probably buy it again for my nephews.

I recently purchased this starter gaming computer, and I'm really impressed with its performance for the price. As someone new to gaming, I wanted a system that could handle modern titles without breaking the bank, and this computer delivers.

I love this computer, i spent about 6 months going thru reviews of all the big brands and there were good and bad ones and i came across this one on tiktok and did alot of looking into it on reddit lol and decided to take a chance and happy i did its been almost a year now and still works amazing im very happy with it. Its not loud and runs fast and the memory is great tho i will have to get more soon im a gamer so use up a lot. Only bad thing so far is today the hdmi port doesn't seem to be working so can't use my monitor will be trying to troubleshoot it if it doesn't work ill be it in since i still have a warrenty i diff recommend getting at least 1 year i got the 3 one.
