This is a great little gaming pc, easy setup and works well. However, the customer service in the Best Buy Store was sooooo bad. They still haven't been able to record my purchase as purchased and not returned. I have spent hours working on correcting the problem. So disappointed.

The best computer I ever bought! I love the speed and the keyboards light up as well as the mouse. Everything lights up!

Bought it as a gift for my child. She was ecstatic when she saw it. Easy to set up. Looks sharp. Clean looking install. Just need help trying to figure how to customize the lighting. Would recommend to anyone looking for a decent PC to game on that doesnt cost a ton.

I got this for my 15 year old for his birthday and so far it is awesome. Set up was very easy and it updated in just a few minutes. It plays all of his games with no lag. He hasn’t even had to overclock the CPU. It’s very quiet and he loves the LED fans. Memory is great as well as the video card. Would recommend this for anyone who does somewhat heavy graphics intensive games.

This is a great computer, my kids love it . It works smoothly with no issues. I will definitely be buying a second one.

Excellent pc.. got this one for my daughter n it’s fast easy to use, great storage, can handle multiple applications open at the same time. She loves it!

Coming from a refurbished HP bought in 2018 this PC is a Farari. setup was fast and easy. learning the ins and outs of Windows 11 will be interesting. I keep looking for the start button on the left side. even though the video card is only 4GB it is impressive compared to my 2GB card in my old PC.

So i'm a pretty picky customer, this transaction was easy. Found exactly what my son wanted for his birthday and was able to pick it up and surprise him. Greeted & got to in store pickup was out of there in minutes. Considering the year our family had so far this little thing ended up being a pretty big deal. This best buy has been good but that made them great. And got it at a better price too!

I had this PC for about a year and I’ve had no issues with it, i genuinely enjoy it.

This Desktop is what got me into gaming and research, doing stuff on this Desktop has made me know more about Technology, Culture, and etc. I will never regret buying this Desktop and I will continue to use this and will buy more Technology Products and items and accessories.

This is PC is easy to use great graphics, awesome light, a good amount of storge. it a all in all great pc.

Just purchased and so far so good. Overall, it's pretty quiet and set up was a breeze. As a parent setting up for your child, you can do the initial set up under you and set yourself as the administrator. Upon set up completion, you can go to settings and then set up your child under Family.

Our son loves it. Minecraft with all the mods and extra packs, playing on servers, playing Fortnite online, etc. No lag experiences. Runs smooth and stays cool. The customizable color lights are fun to set the mood for upbeat or scary games.
