Not a good PC

I bought it because it was on sale but you are getting "better specs" for the same price as any other average PC. So this is mainly for office tasks, you would think that it would be powerful enough to take care of simple tasks such as running multiple tabs, having a zoom meeting open and a couple other files. Unfortunately it lags really bad when you run multiple Chrome tabs. The keyboard is lagging so bad, when you press a key, it registers it multiple times, and then doesnt react for a few seconds, then suddenly it tries to do everything at once. Its just a mess. I had an issue with it in the beginning where one of the monitors suddenly stopped working after an update. I got it to work but should have taken the hint and had it swapped before the return period was over. The looks are definitely nice, but not worth it. By the way, huge drawback, not a single SD card slot on this "new" PC. You would think a new computer would have all the required slots.

Horrible product

The manufacturer "CyberPower" offers a warranty, which is great, but they force YOU to pay $170 to ship it to them. Yeah, great warranty on a terrible product. I will NEVER again purchase ANY product from CuberPower and honestly, this makes me want to sho at Best Buy less than I already do. The fact that they will partner with a company that makes such a flawed product is a stain on their reputation as a company.
