If you buy this PC buy it in the store. Buying online and picking it up in the store is not the same. It shortens the return policy if you have issues, found that out the hard way. I was 3 days out of the online return policy but would have had about twice the time for an in-store purchase as the Geek Squad guy happily told me. Luckily the manufacturer's tech support was more helpful. I'll shop elsewhere in the future.

Ive tried to plug in an hdmi cable to this and it wont work. It says the device is turned off when clearyly turned on and now i gotta get a VGA adapter to hope it will work. The pc looks really cool and i really hope it turns out to be worth the 700$.

Why can i play roblox or rust on this pc it just lags? Is there something i can do?

great for a starter pc to test the waters on if you like pc gaming would recommend upgrading if your wanting a pc the can handle dual monitors and a higher demanding game

This review is NOT for best buy because the staff was wonderful, but the product was garbage! Bought for my husband for Christmas and the computer wasn't finished. No software was ever downloaded onto it so it was basically a paperweight! Geek squad said they had never seen something like this but a best buy worker said another customer had a similar experience a week earlier, so beware!

Good pc for the price. Frame rate is too low for me.

experience lots of lag and issues connecting for me

It had a hard time loading anything and get weird when playing steam games.

So this PC was working just great. Exactly 60 days after we got it, it stopped working. It won't connect to wifi anymore. We have done EVERYTHING possible, reset modem and router, removed network, even did a hard factory reset. Nope nothing. Best Buy wont do anything about it so we're out $750.

Nice pc but has trouble running more demanding games

Pc works great but with certain games the pc struggles to render the graphics.

Too much unnecessary space used for light show, and not designed for a serious PC user who is interested in adding additional computer disk or cd/dvd drives, etc. Was not a good choice for me.

The gpu is kinda where they short you buts its not bad

After 3 months of use, it started freezing. PC would freeze while playing games or while doing nothing.

Having trouble figuring out how to get fortnite to run without jumping and putting the GPU at 99%

I bought this computer with mediocre expectations. I didn't realize that those expectations were too high. I bought this in November, set it up to play D4, and watch streaming movies. 8 days later, i turned it on only to see a flash behind the glass and a loud "pop." The geek squad was awesome with the exchange. That's the only reason this gets a star, at all. This is the beginning of January, and the replacement won't turn on. No "pop," but no power either. I definitely won't buy cyberpower again.
