They sold me a junky out of date computer by Lies

Had four to 5 different ones up to show but then wasn’t I stock and wouldn’t sell show item. The lady had her two workers come over to try to convince me for an extra 5 minutes to spend $180 on a membership that they lied about what it covers. You guys don’t even have phones to speak with us it goes straight to a third world person….. DO NOT BUY HERE. THE PRODUCT IS INFERIOR AND NOT TO MENTION THE STAFF ARE SLEEZY SALESMAN! Then I can’t post a review you ask for cause I use the d word. Horrible.

Bought two and both broke

My cousin’s pc kept getting terrible frames even on non instensive games. My friend’s pc was fine for a week and then conpletely went to trash. Couldnt even get 10 frames on games. I updated drivers. Checked BIOS. Cleaned the pc. Checked ports. Everything and yet both pcs were disfunctional. I searched it up and apparently the brand that makes these PCs have a bad history of selling PCs with faulty parts or no thermal paste or incorrect installed parts. Maybe I got super unlucky but either way I would stay away from this PC.

Best Buy and Cyber Power

When she opened it in Jan after going back to school, the case was shattered. Had to pay $100 to ship it back to company for warranty. Arrived back with a different panel shattered. She still has not been able to use it 7 months later.

TRASH

My monitor will randomly shut off and then messes up everything after. Can’t even play Fortnite at this point because it says my GPU isn’t compatible. Thanks, Best Buy. Don’t waste your money on this. Just build your own or go through a trusted website that builds them.

Glitchy and no support

The manufactuere wouldnt help. Best Buy coulsnt. You cant wake it wirh a mouse or keyboard. You cant wake it with a button without it power cycling. Best Buy wouldnt fix it. And they said replacing it would mean rebuying software. Waste of money.

Very disappointed

Monitor displayed a “no signal” message. Fans and led lights were the only thing that would come back on. Geek Squad said without testing, it was probably the motherboard and not worth fixing. Had to return and purchase another PC that cost more because it was no longer available. Decided to buy a different brand.

Can't run games.

Set everything up and games run AWFULLY. Like unplayable. I can't even run Elden Ring without it kicking me back to the title screen because the fps is so low. This product cost way too much money to be this mediocre.

Won't boot up

Not gaming friendly

Great starter pc and Affordable!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Trying to find which computer was a right fit to handle the new improved games of today as well as not break my wallet was a bit tricky. However, once I found this one and did my research, I found this was a perfect starter gaming pc especially if you have no knowledge of the computer world or are just slowly getting back into it. For Starters it runs great and handles high graphics games very well like "Marvel Rivals" "God Of War" "Apex Legends" which for me was amazing, it also comes with a keyboard and mouse which is a great starter setup which again is amazing not only that but the keyboard, mouse, and computer light up and it is so mesmerizing to watch the colors sway by.
I would recommend this to a friend
