Not ideal for modern games

Bought for my husband for Christmas and the computer wasn't finished. No software was ever downloaded onto it so it was basically a paperweight! Geek squad said they had never seen something like this but a best buy worker said another customer had a similar experience a week earlier, so beware!

Stopped working!

Exactly 60 days after we got it, it stopped working. It won't connect to wifi anymore. We have done EVERYTHING possible, reset modem and router, removed network, even did a hard factory reset. Nope nothing. Best Buy wont do anything about it so we're out $750.

Terrible pc

Won't turn on

I didn't realize that those expectations were too high. I bought this in November, set it up to play D4, and watch streaming movies. 8 days later, i turned it on only to see a flash behind the glass and a loud "pop." The geek squad was awesome with the exchange. That's the only reason this gets a star, at all. This is the beginning of January, and the replacement won't turn on. No "pop," but no power either. I definitely won't buy cyberpower again.

Pretty trash

Good starter

Had four to 5 different ones up to show but then wasn’t I stock and wouldn’t sell show item. The lady had her two workers come over to try to convince me for an extra 5 minutes to spend $180 on a membership that they lied about what it covers. You guys don’t even have phones to speak with us it goes straight to a third world person….. DO NOT BUY HERE. THE PRODUCT IS INFERIOR AND NOT TO MENTION THE STAFF ARE SLEEZY SALESMAN! Then I can’t post a review you ask for cause I use the d word. Horrible.
