Best Buy and Cyber Power

When she opened it in Jan after going back to school, the case was shattered. Had to pay $100 to ship it back to company for warranty. Arrived back with a different panel shattered. She still has not been able to use it 7 months later.

Very disappointed

Monitor displayed a “no signal” message. Fans and led lights were the only thing that would come back on. Geek Squad said without testing, it was probably the motherboard and not worth fixing. Had to return and purchase another PC that cost more because it was no longer available. Decided to buy a different brand.

Glitchy and no support

The manufactuere wouldnt help. Best Buy coulsnt. You cant wake it wirh a mouse or keyboard. You cant wake it with a button without it power cycling. Best Buy wouldnt fix it. And they said replacing it would mean rebuying software. Waste of money.

Won't boot up

Not gaming friendly

Most games play better on laptop. I wouldn’t recommend this if you are going to use it for gaming

Not good

Great starter pc and Affordable!!

However, once I found this one and did my research, I found this was a perfect starter gaming pc especially if you have no knowledge of the computer world or are just slowly getting back into it. For Starters it runs great and handles high graphics games very well like "Marvel Rivals" "God Of War" "Apex Legends" which for me was amazing, it also comes with a keyboard and mouse which is a great starter setup which again is amazing not only that but the keyboard, mouse, and computer light up and it is so mesmerizing to watch the colors sway by.

Took it back to Geek Squad To see if they could fix the problem And they could not fix a problem So I exchanged it for another gaming PC which is a lot better

I got it from the best buy and within a couple of weeks, the system started malfunctioning and not being able to run simple applications. Also, the Bluetooth and sound system also started acting up.

They know nothing
