Did not last long already broke and can’t be repaired

After various attempts to find out the cause of the USB disconnecting repeatedly, we found out the built in USB hub and case ports were shorted and became unusable after a week. No software was installed on the PC, and no hardware outside the included mouse and keyboard were used. One by one, each USB port died and failed to provide power to connected devices.

VERY NICE computer my grandson really really enjoys it

Pc was broken when it arrived, we called support tech line and I was advised to send the pc back. My grandson never got to use the item! It costed me $105 dollars to ship the broken pc back and I’ve still not been contacted about the updates on repairs. It’s really sad to spend over a thousand dollars on a gaming console that was broken when I received it and pay more money to ship it back!! Never again will I buy this product because now I’m out over $1200.00 dollars!

Stopped working after about 4 months, it was always kept clean and I never did any hardcore gaming on it either, power outlets aren't the issue so idk, I wouldn't recommend.

I was overdue for an upgrade. My previous PC was 8 years old and was really struggling with modern games and apps. I normally like to build my own PC but I saw this CyberPowerPC on the Best Buy app and they had it in store. I hurried down as it was the last one. When I got it home I was happy with how well it was packed. It is advertised as plug-an-play and it really is that easy. Just hooked up the monitor, keyboard, mouse and internet and it fired right up and I was able get going right away. The build quality is awesome. The inside of the case has so much room for airflow, I don't think it will ever have an overheating issue. I was also thankful that this PC is fully upgradable, and I was able to transplant my 2 HDDs from my old PC and keep all my files. The AMD processor and the graphics card are incredible. I am able to play my games without any stuttering. The included keyboard and mouse are not the best out there but they are good for beginner gamers. Overall, I am extremely happy with my purchase. It's a PC that gives you a lot of bang for the buck. Thank you Best Buy and thank you CyberPowerPC. You have restored my faith in pre-built PC's.

Haven't owned a PC in awhile and I really researched something that'll be easy to use and I'm glad to have bought this product. I can every game I own on high graphics easily. Frame rate is very stable, and easily to add new parts in or take parts out.

This computer was so easy to set up and get going. It is fast enough to run Ark Survival Evolved with multiple mods without lagging. That's a huge deal! The colors are beautiful and it runs so smooth!

I am pleased so far with my new computer from CyberPower PC. While I am not a gamer, the devices upgraded functions will be important to me as a musician and music teacher who creates plenty of video content as well. My new device runs smoothly, starts up quickly, and brings the power I need for all my video and audio needs. Because of my positive experiences so far with streaming videos, attending Zoom meetings, and listening to music, I anticipate that it will function well for video and audio editing for my music videos and music recordings. I also appreciate that all the major components in the device are replaceable, so this investment will save me money in the long run as well! The customer service I received in store was excellent, guiding me away form another device I was considering to one that ultimately served my needs even better. I had slightly less storage space than I would have expected, but I was using only a portion of my old drive, which had a whole TB, and an upgrade should be easy to acquire if needed.

Bought pc in-store and works great at home. Installation was easy and quick. Works great and can run popular games like Overwatch and Apex at high or medium graphics on 1080p. Low storage but other than that it's a pretty good starter pc.

arrived in one piece, extremely simple to set up (maybe 15 minutes total, including the pc, keyboard and mouse, and monitor) and does everything i need perfectly.. runs all my games at over 120 fps

Easy to set up out of the both, with good packaging materials. All name brand parts also wich makes it a better deal than most name brand options and it will have easy upgrade ability when the time comes down the road.

Setup is easy, like any other new Windows PC. Plug it in, answer some preferences, enter your Wi-Fi password, do some updates and your good. This PC is full of MODERN reliable name brand components neatly assembled with a warranty at a competitive price. Thanks to the name brand quality components, this computer should provide long, reliable, and quiet service. The keyboard and mouse are decent, not the mushy feeling ones you typically get with a new PC. Granted the hardware inside is not going to set any speed records with an I3 CPU. However, its more than adequate for web surfing, email, movie streaming, and most games provided the resolution and color depth are kept to a reasonable setting.

I would rate this four the models that have been updated to windows 11 lose all access to the Microsoft store, so I can't link my phone to windows. While that's not a deal killer, I've searched every work around and ran powershell commands with no avail. It's apparently common with this device. With that said, I have this model only with the AMD Ryzen 5 7600 6-Core Processor, 3801 Mhz, 6 Core(s), and 12 Logical Processor(s) instead of the 5500 and I must rate it five stars. This thing runs like a beast. Just to test its power I opened and ran Photoshop, FL Studios, and Unreal Engine all at once and experienced zero latency. Over all I love the pc.

Arrived super fast (next day). I have no problems with it so far. Super fast and powerful, definitely recommend for people who are looking to save money building a pc themselves.

Amazing PC. Its my first prebuilt and i love it. Handles every game i threw at it so far amazingly. Just remember to plug the fans in before you run it.

Excellent computer. Perfect for a intermediate gamer like myself. The ease in which it was to set up and use was amazing. I am very happy with it.

I picked up a GMA5000BST and right out of the box it was a beast. Plays any game I want and looks great. I love it and will by Cyberpower again.

I bought this pc for myself one year ago, it hasn't changed ever since i got it. it feels brand new, it feels fast, and its good for its price.

This is a great PC. I can finally play gamea on ultra high settings. My lag is gone. It boots up quick. It's fairly quiet. Overall, i love this thing
