Great Buy

Peripherals are terrible

You can see where some corners were cut to keep costs down in the case as well (how well ports line up with case openings, that kind of thing). And it’s a little irritating that the manufacturer wires up their mini-stereo jacks as separate headphones and mic instead of allowing for a combination headset port.

needs more exhaust fans

Lots of pretty colors.

Never buy from you again

Especially since you sent me a 100.00 item for the 800.00 item i actually bought, and then tried to make everything my fault and threaten me over returing the item when i tried to and you refused the return.

Ripoff

Purchased this for my 16 year old son last Christmas and it didn’t even last 1 year. Every single part in this PC has gone bad. And to warranty anything you have to pay to ship it across the country and back. Exactly one year after purchasing, right when warranty expired the GPU went bad. Half the cost of the PC and now to keep this pc I have to pay another $600 for it to work again. Bestbuy doesn’t even sell this PC in “new” condition anymore.. I wonder why? Such a waste of money

I bought two for my twins’ 16th birthday. I should have bought them a car to split and argue over, it would have been less hassle.

xbox app dont work
