Works fine but surprised at it getting hot. Looking to add a liquid cooling fan. Tried returning just outside the window cause we wanted to upgrade and sadly wasn't able to.

Bought this for my daughter because she's getting into gaming and wants to learn how to code eventually. So far the performance has been phenomenal. Very fast, no lag with any games we've played. Includes a keyboard and a mouse, incredible value for what you're getting. Totally recommend to anyone that is new to gaming computers.

bad computer, poor customer service, said UPS lost it, they knew they had a hardware problem..... It was a nightmare. I am just glad I did not replace my old computer right away. Best Buy also was not great with return and replacement. I lost about $100 in store credit.

We never did receive this item. After numerous emails that it would be delivered, it was not and evidently was "lost" in shipping. We ended up requesting a refund since we had already been billed and now have to decide if we want to go to Best Buy again. Not a good experience.

Never again will i buy a pre built from this company or bestbuy. The motherboard is awful which disconnects from the wifi constantly. It turns on fine but cant go 10 mins staying connected. For anyone thinking of buying this pre built dont do it. Its a waste of money

It was new out the box, obly had it for 3 days. Best buy said it had a bad motherboard and bad graphic card. Same day i returned it. There were 3 other customers returning theres. I exchanged it and hot another brand prebuild for my daughter.

This PC was purchased for me by a couple friends of mine. The computer itself it the most powerful I have ever owned. Beyond that, it's incredibly quiet and has no effect on the temperature of the room. As someone with very little experience with PC setup, the process was incredibly intuitive. Beyond that, it came with a mouse, a a keyboard, and WiFi range extender. An absolute 5-star experience save for one thing. The AC Adapter to the power supply was damaged out of the box. The 2 primary prongs were warped, but were easily bent back to shape. However, the ground prong was heavily damaged, and eventually fell off. While this has had no effect on the performance of the computer, I will have to purchase a replacement for long-term safety. 9/10 Recommendation from me. An easy set-up for a genuinely strong piece of hardware.

Bought this as a Christmas gift. It was opened on Christmas Day used for less than 7 hours and randomly shut down. Now the PC will not turn back on whatsoever

Only 2 days all USB ports stopped working. Geek squad worker told me they always get them returned . Parts always breaking

Set up was a nightmare. Wouldn't recognize my monitor. Returned computer.

Gave it to my son Xmas last 5 hours before it stopped working. Had to get one built instead

I recently bought a cyberpowerPC on black friday. It is one with an AMD Ryzen 5500 and an NVidia GeForceRTX 3060 8GB graphics card, and I have to say the desktop is great so far! I automatically imported my Steam account and tried to play my most graphic intensive game on ultra settings and it played without any lag. The desktop is very light compared to my old cyberpowerPC that was already at least 7 years old, and even then that old PC still held up to this day. This desktop is definitely a good budget gaming PC for any beginner gamer. Will be adding more stuff in the future, but so far it is great for my needs. I was unsure of what I needed so I had help choosing a desktop by a rep named Malik. He showed me a lot of options from Dell, to CyberPowerPCs, and I ended up with this one. He was a great person and is very insightful about computers.

Very good computer for a low price. Set up only takes around 15 minutes. Plus it comes with a light up keyboard and mouse. And I got my computer only a few days after ordering it. I highly recommend this computer.

I'm not a gamer, I mainly got this for graphic design. It shipped super fast, removing the packaging was very simple, and setting it up felt suspiciously easy. I will say nothing told me to install the antennas that they gave me (I'm not a tech girly so I forgot about them as soon as I took them out of the box) so I was confused at why I had little to no Wi-Fi signal at first but once I put them in and everything was good to go. I'm still figuring things out but the only thing I can't seem to find is any information on if you can change the lights on the keyboard and mouse to different colors. Otherwise I love it! It's been working excellent so far!

Overall, my first pc bought to play just games it has the power to handle the online gameplay. it is ultra quite even with as many fans on board to cool the case and the system. the 1TB SSD is great as a starter. The system has space on the board should you want to upgrade add another drive or anything in the future. I paired this with the Samsung S3 27" FHD Curve monitor with built in speakers for under 250.00 on sale during the time and I strongly recommend a great monitor for this tower game setup and a gaming headset, and it was ready. out the box ready to play is as it says remove the packing material and layout you setup. The keyboard is backlight in white and the mouse is programable in game play and changes colors like the tower does as well. so given my first system and my honest review for a store-bought system it has my approval after a week of operation I have not found issues with it as of yet except the windows operating system mandatory signup and remote download of flies from the cloud to your desktop. And the power button is on top the case be cautions you can shut the system off accidentally if moving tower into locations during setup did it twice.

I was honestly pleasantly surprised with CyberPower. Most tech people online will tell you not to go the prebuilt route but this PC has been great. Of course you can build something better for slightly cheaper but if you're just getting into PCs and you don't know where to start CyberPower is a great option. The parts are quality and it runs games in 1080p with 100+ FPS pretty flawlessly. It can even do a bit of light 4k gameplay as well. Overall it's a solid buy for people wanting a sub $1000 system.

First of all. This thing looked beautiful right out of the box. It's so sleek and clean looking and beautifully built. Once I turned it on and tried out cod on max settings I was so surprised. The FPS was insane something | never had before. I've tried to make it lag purposefully just to test its limits but I don't know what else to do. Even heavy renders in blender cant make it crash.
