Great product my first pc very satisfied and easy to set up

Overall impressed I was searching for a computer straight out of the box that would provide myself with ample computing power. With CyberPowerPC it was extremely easy to do so. Simple unbox and set up, it was that easy. My friends complimented the purchase and said i am able to upgrade down the road if ever needed.

this pc is working perfectly fine so far. if u have a kind of bad wifi i would recommend connecting the antennas and it should fix the problem

The pc is the best and easy to plug in and use and log in

We really love our new CyberpowerPC. My youngest son picked it out after lots of research and I have to say I agree with his recommendation. The computer came quickly and was very easy to set up. I can't say that, as a parent I love the keyboard, but the kids think it is great! :) What fun colors!!!

All in all, this is a terrible buy, This pc has an open M.2 slot for upgrading, however there is no riser or screw for a new M.2, and it was not in the accessory box included in the 3.5 bay box. So not only did I buy this pc, and a 1T M.2 from best buy, but I don't have the hardware to mount the M.2. The connections for the LED components of the pc were tied up in the backside with such a strain that the tape holding them together apparently wasn't enough and they came apart so those weren't working until I untied the mess of wires and did it better. Also lots of open connecters that aren't labeled with anything and no idea what they go to. Also open connecters that ARE labeled, and no idea what they go to. The mouse that comes with this sticks on click sometimes. It doesn't come back up, it's a junky mouse. The keyboard that comes with this has F and J and n5 key that don't have bumps on them, well there is, just so small you can't really feel them -- hard to find with fingers. There also isn't any labeling on the num pad as to which keys are pg up, pg dn, home, end. All in all, this is a terrible buy, would do better off buying the parts individually and put it together yourself so that you actually receive all the parts that you are paying for and the ones you need to upgrade. Pro: It did downgrade to windows 10 just fine.

Nice machine. Performs like I expected it to. BB membership made it easy and simple to install and get working.

Had this a month. Pretty much as expected, decent PC for basic gaming. Needed to supplement with additional RAM and HD space to make it fully usable (there are a couple slots for small SATA drives but you have to figure that out yourseld). Lack of optical drive is a bummer, but I guess that's probably becoming standard. Could have used some USB-C ports also.

Would be better if they includes an 8g gpu instead of the 4gb .its great as a starter pc its compatible with most video cards aswell
