    WARNING: their PCs are trash and they know it. Do not buy unless u plan to replace parts within 6months. Reading reviews from everywhere u can find will tell the truth. My pc suddenly won’t power on After 6months of use. The cheap parts only last 6 months and cyberpowerpc refuses to assist anymore with replacement parts after 1yr. The Power supply and motherboard stopped workin, it should not fail after 6months of use.

    This computer has been nothing but trouble. After about a month or so of having it, games would constantly crash and one drive will not sign in. Half of the games I have do not even launch and support is non-existent. Do not buy this computer if you want a easy and simple computer experience.

    We have to remove Windows 11 and install windows 10 in order to make this computer function, preloaded windows 11 was making this machine useless, after we did it the computer works perfect.
