Pc is nice but Wifi set up was a pain. Needs to be way more clear.

Computer has been shutting off on its own during games. Have had the hard drive updated. It is under warranty and will cost me more to ship it to get it fixed than to have Best Buy replace the motherboard in it.

Worst PC, I've ever owned. It didn't even last a year. PC will no longer power on and before that would crash often. This is the weakest gaming PC out there. Don't waste your money.

Good PC for the cost. Only negatives is the box had clearly been opened and the glass side has scuffs. The people working at this Best Buy were overwhelmed and understaffed and we had to beg an associate to just grab this PC off the top shelf so we could leave.

It came to me with a bunch of burnt or damaged parts before I even had a chance to turn it on.

I had issues with the video so I sent it in RMA it was a month to get it back to me between shipping and repair time. I unpack it have the same issue so I call them giving detailed description of everything that happened including using my nebulizer that is plugged into the same surge protector. They said send it back in to get fixed. I called geek squad and they said bring it in for diagnostics. I call my local computer repair guy and he tells me it is a bad surge protector. I get a new surge protector problem fixed. I would give this a 4 star rating if it were not for the crappy tech support.

Returned to store. Although its a gaming computer, the games we ran were unable to run on this machine.

It is a decent computer if you are using it for school but in no way could you play games to save your life….

Motherboard died within 6 months. Warranty charges shipping. Its a big heavy package.

Pc crashed. Gpu issue stated. We are not satisfied with this purchase and will return for a refund

This pc is great and all but im experiencing 1 problem which is high ping i cant even run a simple game like roblox i have a protection plan so i really hope they can fix or give me a new one.
