Excellent system! Quick boot. Very fast shipping! System is pretty much ready to go out of box! A few setup issues but that was on microsofts end of it.

I love my new PC. It is the best Christmas gift ever. It makes all my games go a lot smoother and faster. I highly recommend this PC.

Decent entry level gaming machine. One unit failed after about 2 weeks of use, 2nd one acted like it was going to fail (burning plastic smell from USB hub chip) but has stabilized. My biggest complaint with this company is their RMA process. They require you to ship the unit back to them for repair that of course varies with workload but the have NO advance RMA process as most manufactures do. This is typically done by sending you a new unit secured by a credit card in the event you do not return the faulty one. This was NOT an option as this is our church's presentation system for lyrics, slides and scripture. Thankfully BestBuy exchanged it for me outside of their return period because CyberPowerPCs return policy is atrocious.

This Pc has really good specs for the price and looks really good. I use it every day and it doesn't give me problems.

Recently bought for my son and he loves it! He just got into gaming and it's easy to use and didn't break my wallet.

Overall, this PC is of high quality; I like the specifications, especially the led lights, which make it stand out.
