Great gaming computer! I have had this PC for a couple of months now and I haven't had any issues with it. It runs really smooth, for games, it can run at stable 60fps with high-max graphics. The RTX 3060 is a great component to the PC.

Bought the computer for my husband for his Bday gift, after much consideration and research (of his own doing). I don’t know much about computer but he seems VERY happy with it, hiding away in our office to “okay” with his new toy. Highly recommend!!

got my PC from Best Buy and I am liking it so far. my only issue is the lack of documentation with the PC. I had to exchange the first for an issue it had out of the box, but they were quick to exchange it. I may consider them again.

Honestly, I spent roughly 3 months going back and forth between several different models from CyberPower. I am, super happy with this specific model of PC so much so that I have convinced my fiance to purchase the same model.

Overall great product haven’t had issues with it, had it for over 2 months playing games like halo and war zone good case and components. Only thing that happened to me was my glass side panel broke and can’t find a replacement.

My son said he likes it and it run a lot quicker and more memory

I had previously bought pre-built pcs, but they would come defective. I am glad that I didn't have to experience that with this pc. The specifications on this pc are better than most pre-built, in my opinion.

The PC works great now. But I had to do a factory reset on it to get the audio to work, even though it was brand new. Both Windows Support and CyberPowerPC Support were dumbfounded on why it wasn't working, and both pointed the finger at the other. However, after the factory reset, it worked fine, luckily.

I just purchased this desktop a few days ago for an early bday gift. I am very satisfied with my purchase, and very pleased to start my gaming experience on here. Best desktop I've owed so far!

This PC came with no issues and worked great! This is our first Gaming PC and not having to worry about any of the hassles that come with construction was great. Would highly recommend.

Great Pc. It came in the mail perfectly and was great out the box. Had no problems and booted perfectly. The accessory's that came were decent and nice for beginners.

I have only had this computer for a day but its way better than I expected from the start it only took around 5 minutes to get it ready before installing my games.

I have been running my machine at ultra high graphics on a 3840X2160 60Mhz monitor with absolutely no problems. Fan noise is not as loud as my last machine. Love it!!

Great computer! Perfect for that quality smooth gameplay! Plays games like GTA 5, Rocket League, FiveM, Phasmophobia above 60FPS on max settings! Never dipped below 60!

Opted for this instead of building my own PC. I don't regret it. It already has most of what I would have selected for building anyways.

Totally Shocked I was super weary about getting a pre built system due to all the bloatware preinstalled. To my surprise it was a bone clean windows install and rock solid hardware minus the keyboard and mouse but hey that i was planning to change anyways

Great Custom computer. Well recommend. Has the AMD Ryzen chip, 16GB of RAM that can be updated easily. 500 GB SSD and a Video Card GeForce RTX 3060 great for VR.
