Was not bad. Case was nice and comes with keyboard and mouse. But decided to go build one myself.

It's loud and the power button is in a place I can touch it and turns the PC of, but it's cool

Motherboard broke within 6 months. I am STILL trying to get help almost a year after purchase. So mad at Best Buy for pushing me off to Cyber PowerPC.

A good solid PC for people who are beginner gamers.

it is a good pc for starters who want to buy a pc.

It’s ok. Fairly responsive. But fan noise is loud. And just want to know they only put 1 stick of ram. Knowing duel channel will give much better performance.

This Pc works very good and gets all of my gaming and school work done with no problem. The only issue I had was spending 4 hours figuring out how to turn the graphics card in because it only wanted to run off of the processor.

Crashes almost every game I play. Constantly slow and having problems with it running any type of game no matter what

I bought this PC back in 2021 as my first gaming PC. So far I've added 4 new RAM sticks and a second SSD. I've never had any issues and it can easily play any game. I mostly play CSGO, PUBG, a little Fortnite, and many survival/building games like Valheim and Minecraft. I love this PC. I remember when I first purchased it, the fans wouldn't turn on, but that was a quick fix as the wiring just needed to be pushed together better. Otherwise a GREAT purchase from 2021 that is running flawlessly still in 2025.

Lots of problems connecting to my monitors. Went through 2 monitors thinking that was the problem

It’s was good but when doing heavy loading things the cpu fan would make big sounds

the video card was messed up when I got it other than that it was great

I bought 2 of these and have had them less than 24 hrs. One works fine. The other is stuck in a reboot loop. System recovery isn't working so I have to create a recovery drive using the working computer to try and fix the broken computer. This is ridiculous for a PC that I've owned less than 24 hrs and the only thing downloaded was Google Chrome. I fully expect the other to brick in the near future.

CyberpowerPC is my first gaming desktop computer and I am loving it. It's been awesome so far, especially for the price. It runs great and it handles my games amazingly. It is super east to upgrade the ram if that's something your looking to do. It was a really great purchase for me, I would totally purchase again.

this pc is pretty decent had a rocky start at the beginning, the internal case fans were not connected at the factory causing overheating the graphics car was loose and it was super loud but after about 30-45 minutes with the customer support they walked me they ow to remove a panel and get everything plugged in and tightened up no it super quits stays cool and doesn't sound like a train since them I have reached out to customer support a few times and got the help I needed

Bought my pre-built during the middle of the GPU shortages as my first gaming PC ever mostly because it had a clear upgrade path for when things leveled back out and prices of parts came back to within reason. I ended up keeping the system as it was when I bought it (plus some extra RAM and storage) for WAYYY longer than I'd expected. It's been a fantastic PC and never struggles with any games I play at all and I run a very wide variety. One of my favorite things too was the complete lack of bloatware installed and how up-to-date the OS and drivers were on it from CyberPower; so I was able to open it, turn it on, and start playing, instead of having to uninstall garbage programs for an hour and run a bunch of updates out of the box.

my 13 year old got it for christmas and he is very happy with the fps, storage, graphics, all the gamer things.

Had to return it and get a refund. It worked one day and the next day their was no signal. Figured out the HDMI port was bad.

this product is perfect! it was such an easy set up and it is working perfectly for what I need. The keyboard and mouse are so pretty with their lights too!
