Solid choice for the money!

Best Buy good, CyberPower bad

After I set up my hardware and software, I ran into several problems. I received no owner's manuals or documentation in the box, so it took me a while to find the hard drive bay access. The included mouse had a defective right mouse button, making it impractical for gaming. The antenna is defective as well; I had to use the one from my four-year-old CyberPower PC just to stream on Twitch without dropping my frames and crashing. All of this could be a fluke, which I fully understand. The real problem is the customer service. I reached out to CyberPower about these things over a week ago and never heard back from them. The actual PC runs well, with the exception of the included peripherals, so it makes me sad to rate this experience so low. CyberPower makes good PC's; just be warned that if you get a dud, you will probably not get any help from CyberPower themselves.
