I bought the AMD Ryzen 5 3600g in Conway and picked it up at the store in N.Little Rock. Opened it up, and straight out of the box when I booted it up it went straight to repair mode. I reboxed it and made a appt. with Geek Squad for this past Friday;. They ;had to totally reload the operating system.

Great starter PC! Have ran multiple programs and games and had no issues. The only thing I would upgrade on it out the box is the RAM. 8 is a little low for a gaming PC.

Pretty good price for a 6600xt in this current market. All considered a good value just wish if they were going to only go for 8GB if ram they would've done 2 sticks of 4GB to get that dual channel speed, besides that i would recommend this computer to anyone in the market for a value per dollar gaming pc.

The staff were wonderful, and so friendly. Although the store was busy, no one made you feel rushed. They took time to answer questions and to be there for each customer.

Used the Best Buy app to apply for instant financing and was able to easily finish my purchase. Super easy and I dig this pc which is a huge upgrade from my dinosaur!

For a long time, CYBERPOWER has been our "go to" brand of pre-built gaming PC's. Our most recent purchase has been a major upgrade and has been more than perfect!

I have bought 2 cyber power pcs in the span of 3 years and both of them have done very well. I haven't run into any problems yet. Great quality for its price.

Bought this new computer a couple of days a go. It works well! It has Windows 11 but I have been adjusting and so far I like it. The only problem is that it only has 8gb memory so we have need to add more, otherwise it is running fast and look great!

CyberPower PC lasted just outside of a year before it stopped working. Best Buy GeekSquad determined a manufacture defect. CyberPower will not speak to you if outside of 1 year warranty. Also very hard to talk to someone who can actually help there. Very disappointed after spending quite a bit of money on the product.

great buy first time buyer of any gaming pc and this is a great start and best of all u can build more and upgrade with the help of geek squad

3 of my children have owned and own their own CyberPower PC and now I do! So far so good and I don't expect to be disappointed!

Bought this for my brother for Christmas. As soon as he went to use the keyboard, it was typing random letters and numbers when he touched the left side of the keyboard. How can I get a replacement for this part without sending back the entire system?

So far we are very happy with our purchase and the staff at best buy were so helpful! We hope to have this computer for may years to come!!!

This is a great computer. It works better than my $2k MSI laptop, without the proprietary hoops to get simple repairs.

I've been looking for a pc for a while now, I recently bought this. the delivery was very fast and it is an awesome purchase!

This desktop was absolutely horrendous. I got it for my spouse and it ran horribly, there would be days the whole system just wouldn't even turn on or he couldn't click on anything because it would freeze entirely. We tried so many things to try and fix it until we finally called it quits. Not worth it!!!

i love my new computer. We get free items like xbox game pass free amazon gift cards and more. I recommend this PC!
