Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.While the base equipment on this rig is adequate, the fatal flaw is that it lacks the ram to play most games. Most of the ram is used for the background processes. I did have to upgrade the ram the same day. So, two trips to BestBuy. The lack of a manual describing the features was disappointing. But a quick chat with the company support team alleviated any questions and concerns I had.

Great for a newbie!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Man, I got this pre-built pc from best buy and i was so excited , i had no clue what i was doing and the best buy employees made it so easy! i had it delivered to the store and it only took a week or so ! Everything was perfect when i picked it up , nothing was damaged, they load it up for me, and i was gone! i did have to upgrade the ram as 8gb just isnt enough for what i wanted to do , but maybe for you its enough!
