Started breaking down within 6 months
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this prebuilt as my introduction to gaming PCs. Everything was fine when I unboxed and ran games on it, but about a month in, I noticed that the light for the CPU fan went out. Opened the case to find that the connector for that fan had not been connected securely and was loose in the terminal. About 6 months later, my PC started shutting off while playing demanding games like Warzone 2.0. I called tech support and asked if it could be the PSU or the GPU. They said it was the GPU and to send it in for an RMA to get a replacement. The kicker with sending parts in is: YOU have to pay for the shipping for them to send you a new part. The shipping instructions they gave me to send in the bad GPU (no packing peanuts) were not the instructions they followed when sending a new GPU. Sure enough, I got the new GPU (15 days later) and within a week, it started artifacting. I had no other choice but to send the GPU in and once again I asked if there could be any other component that could be causing two GPUs to fail. I was told "it seems you already have it all figured out" and the specialist started an RMA for another replacement GPU. Fast forward another 15 days, I get my third GPU for this PC in a little under 8 months. First day on the third GPU, I get the same issue I was getting with the first GPU where it was cutting off while gaming. I did some power tests with OCCT which caused my PC to shut off immediately and I determined that it was the PSU. Looking at the PSU model, there are some really bad reviews on it, and of course, a faulty PSU can destroy other components. I bought a $100 corsair RM750e and the power tests worked fine afterwards without my PC turning off immediately. I believe the faulty PSU is what fried the second GPU and caused the issues with the first and third GPU. I would have appreciated if the tech specialists could have been more skilled at their jobs to troubleshoot that a third GPU being wrecked is likely the cause of some other hardware issue. All they do is just repeat the same thing about starting an RMA and getting a replacement. They don't actually take the time to think through a hardware issue from my experience. I will note that they offer for you to send in the whole PC, but that would cost way more in shipping and they can keep it for over a month. I had also seen bad reviews about them not being able to fix the issues when sending in the whole tower. Next time, I will be building my own PC, as I've essentially had to take most of this PC apart just to diagnose the issues I've had with it. Their 1 year warranty did allow me to replace the first GPU and second GPU that got fried so that works out. I will continue to replace items as they malfunction in this manner. The PSU they installed however, is a piece of junk and so I bought a different one. Definitely check the components they're using in this CPU if you're going to purchase from them and replace the ones that aren't up to standards. Also know that their tech support really doesn't care about solving your issues. You will have to do your own troubleshooting for serious issues.

Amazing Gaming PC
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Recently bought this PC and am amazed at how good it actually is. I mean the specs are solid but the machine runs very well. The only thing I ended up doing was swapping to a better CPU cooler, as most people have suggested but that was easy enough to do. Definitely a great PC for the price that will be able to handle almost anything you throw at it. Also a great PC that you can upgrade certain specs as needed! Looking to get my wife a similar CyberPowerPC prebuild, if not the exact same one!

Good value for price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Seems to be working well so far, best value for the price and nice parts included in this prebuilt pc. Also has room for upgrades if i need to upgrade anything in the future. Did have to go in and reconnect the rgb cables on the fans because they came loose but was an easy fix. Exactly what i was looking for in terms of specs and price.

Pretty Good
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pretty good PC runs pretty smoothly for me. I saw a lot of previous reviews talking about how the fan was loud. Honestly for me it's not even noticeable its actually pretty quiet, I guess it would just depend on your definition of a PC fan being loud. Graphics are nice and the RBG light settings are pretty fun to play around with and change.

CyberPower PC Review
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I looked at this item in a physical store and later purchased it online. It was shipped directly to my house. I had no damages and the set up was simple. My only minor complaint because I was asked for my opinion was there was a very small chip in the white paint over the metal on the front. It was likely done during production and is almost unseen. This would likely occur anyways due to the painting of the metal. I would recommend this PC to anyone!
