the system is above and beyond my expectations. I would recommend!

The computer is amazing so far. I bought it because I am a game design and art student so I needed something strong enough to handle my programs with a good graphics card and decent ram. I will probably add onto the ram soon but it runs smoothly as is already. I recommend the desktop but the mouse and keyboard are rough. Pros: amazing graphics card, prebuilt, and ram is decent with ability to add on. 500gb SSD and 1tb HDD has plenty of storage. You're paying for quality and it is quality! Cons: price is a bit up there, and if I had the energy to build it myself it would have been much cheaper. Also getting it out of packaging was a whole experience. It has a foam package inside that took far too long than I like to admit to get out without damaging the components. The keyboard and mouse that come with aren't very good, but that wasn't the parts I was worried about.

Exactly what I was looking for in a prebuilt system. Its not the most quiet, but compared to the 10 year old machine it replaced, it is just what I was looking for. I got one for myself as well as my teen (he has been asking about a gaming desktop for some time), and the sales price for Black Friday made it well worth the purchase. The systems is FAST. Loading Baulders Gate 3 takes no time at all. Plenty of storage and power for all of my gaming needs. Make sure to follow the directions for checking all of the cables; this would also include checking the non-glass side of the machine. I had a system fan that was not plugged into the mother board and had to trace that, and plug it in. CyberPower tech support helped me the whole way, and were direct, to the point, and knew how to resolve the issue.

It was very easy to set up, plug and play. I immediately applied all of my personal preferences and downloaded my favorite games. It took a whole 2 hours (most of it download time) then I was in my favorite game. It ran Apex beautifully."

Having this be my first gaming PC and buying it on black Friday it has been amazing value for me. I can handle medium and heavy game loads while not having to compromise on visual quality. my first upgrade be definitely be more ram.

The crew helped us find this computer. He, I forgot his name, but he had a blond long hair... working during Black Friday Special. He patiently helped my daughter and I find the gaming PC which is within our budget. He was so helpful that we ended up buying a monitor as well together with other accessories. We just got it last Dec 7 after ordering it last Black Friday. It is awesome. Definitely worth every penny. My daughter loves the gaming PC. She said that it never hangs and the PC is fast. Although we went over my budget, it was all worth it because the staff of Best Buy really helped us get the best deal that day. Kudos to that staff, I know he know who he is... he helped 2 asian women that day...and he really wanted the best deal for us....truly a BEST BUY at BEST BUY!!!

Excellent build. I would have paid more building it myself, but for $850 this PC was a STEAL. Worked like a charm out of the box. Really enjoyed this computer while gaming and working. I would trust Cyberpower in the future.

As a newbie to PC gaming, I can say this thing works better than any console I've ever owned and for the price it's well worth it. I seriously recommended this PC to my brother who is also new to PC gaming and I think he might buy one as well.

The lights are cool but it is annoying to clean, since you have to take off the glass which could break. It is loud when running and dangerous to have near little ones or pets because the fan is kinda opened so it can cut them if they put their hand/paw in (my cat has attempted)
