PC worked right out the box. I did have to update graphic drivers, and several windows updates as well. Otherwise, it ran just out the box. No loose cables, all fans worked. I ran 3Dmark, and the PC scored great (8.5k, so higher than a high end PC). Again, for the price: an amazing PC.

Hi to all the guys and girls looking at this PC. I just wanna say that this PC is really good for its price and what you get inside. Something you might've not known is that you get a free Xbox Game pass for 1 month! It also comes with a keyboard and a mouse, the keyboard it nice but the mouse it kind of heavy.

I've been waiting years to get a proper PC. I originally wanted to build my own but in terms of cost the "CyberPowerPC - Gamer Master Gaming Desktop - AMD Ryzen 5 5600X - 16GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 - 1TB HDD + 500GB SSD" was a great fit for me. I've only had the tower for about two weeks and it works phenomenally well, even on ultra graphics and high FPS. The fan is noticeable but noise cancelling headphones do the trick. Can't complain otherwise and I know I can update the processor and other parts in the future if I want to build an even stronger tower. Shipping was fast, it took less than a week to arrive. I only wish CyberPower included a more comprehensive guide to the tower itself.

I don't know if it's me, the computer, or the programs that I am using, but it seemed a lot harder to change computers this time. With previous computers, it seemed like all I did was attached the appropriate cables, and turn the computer on and I was set. With this one it asked for passwords. I also noticed that any dialog box that popped up with instructions was tiny and in 2point font. My moniter is a 32" television screen....I should have no problem seeing anything.

The PC is great! Everything runs optimally with no lag. Can run multiple games simultaneously with many browser tabs open on second monitor with no problem. The fan is also not that loud.

    Case has atrocious heating problems.

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

The specs are good, the thermals for the case are absolutely atrocious. This case is fully tempered glass, with very small slits on the top and bottom of the front panel. There is no airflow for intake, even though there are 2 completely useless intake fans on the front panel. The CPU idles at 55-60c which is unnacceptable. Under load playing any AAA title, you will more than likely thermal throttle which is terrible for the longevity of your CPU and can cause shutdowns. It gets extremely hot. You will have to either replace the case, remove the front panel entirely, or buy a AIO because the stock CPU cooler (it is a cooler master cooler and its horrendous). The CPU cooler was also loose, and the thermal paste applied was terrible. As expected from Cyberpower, but its completely unnacceptable that they haven't addressed the issue even though it has been a COMMON ISSUE for many years now. They continue to design cases like this because of the "aesthetics" when I guarantee people would prefer their PC to not be extremely loud and overheat from playing any game. It affects performance, and for 1100$ USD that is not acceptable. Other than those issues listed, the computer is fine. My model came with a EVGA 3060 which is top of the line GPU and EVGA has the highest quality GPU's on the market, sadly they have left the market this year because NVIDIA is also atrocious. The 4090 cards are literally melting the PCIE cable. I can understand why they left. Overall, I rate this PC a 5/10. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT YOUR PC 100% WILL HAVE THERMAL ISSUES IF YOU BUY THIS PC. BE WARNED.

CPU gets a little warm at times (I was at 90 Celsius at one point downloading a game lol) Went into bios an changed some things around. The fans pulling air have a glass covering it with a tiny space for air to come through up top an inch bottom, so could use better cooling. But it runs great other than that an is a great price for what your getting!

After years of xbox, finally decided to get my first PC. So far thrilled with the performance, and the graphics are even better (RTX 3060). Looking forward to trying different games!
