My first experience

This is my first pc and the transition has been flawless. I instantly fell in love with it. The appearance of it is a plus with a outstanding starter pack. I was taken by surprise on how both the keyboard and mouse look and feel. I compared similar pc's within the price range and performance wise this is the choice. I saved you the trouble of doing the math. yes I do recommend this pc it is the perfect starter pack.

I think this is the real sweet spot. Build quality appears to be top notch, looks great, easy to set up, and extremely happy with this machine. No complaints, only smiles.

Pc works but front fans don't

However, the 2 front case fans were not working when I first turned it on. However, the customer service was able to help me in a timely manner. It is a bit loud at times but overall worthy PC.
