This is my first PC purchase and I am very happy with my new CyberpowerPC! It was packaged securely, easy to setup, and looks fantastic. I look forward to using this for the years to come and don't see myself switching anytime soon.

Setup was a breeze, keyboard is a little stiff out the box, as is the mouse. Seems quiet ATM but I haven't quite put it though its paces yet. Great little backup pc.

I got this PC a couple years ago and just absolutely gave up on it. It does this really fun thing where the fans will start blowing super fast and it’ll cause my screen to go black. At first I thought maybe my system got too hot, but one time it happened immediately after I turned it on. I tried to have a Best Buy repairman look at it, but Cyberpower has it so only their people can look at it. Their people just seemed very unwilling to help me get to the actual root of my problem. So- it’s just sat unused for about a year now. I’ve given up on PCs entirely because of this device.

This PC is an absolute beast. I tested its capabilities by opening Minecraft and making a command block spawn TNT on me every tick, and I experienced absolutely zero lag, which was amazing. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a beefy gaming computer. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of the mild hassle removing the protective foam during setup, but even that was fairly easy.

Just purchased this today and got it setup and running in less than 20 minutes! Only issue is having to make sure all drivers are updated, but that's to be expected! Overall happy with look and feel of everything!

I usually build my own systems but ended up buying this. I’m really glad I did. The system is super fast and has everything I want. While it’s built more for gaming, it does an excellent job of rendering videos and photos. The board has plenty of expansion ports and would work well for future updates. The graphics card is great. The lights work well. Everything just worked out of the box. The only complaints I have are: Best Buy shipped me a laptop and made me jump through hoops to get this corrected I wish they included the case manual. Helps with taking it apart when you need to. Other than that, a solid purchase from a great company

This PC is everything I had hoped for. I've played a few different games on max settings without any detectable lag of any kind. The fans are quiet, and it didn't come loaded with garbage. Highly recommend!

I got this on Black Friday, and this computer is still well worth the money even not on it. It runs everything well, it hasn't given me any trouble with installation, it is very reliable and also upgradeable.

Nice gaming PC. Quiet and fast, with room to expand or upgrade. Lots of ports and easy access to the interior. My only complaint, if using WiFi, might want to consider a future upgrade for better speed.
