The RGB fans were disconnected upon arrival, but I took off the side panel and reconnected them easily. The fans can get loud, but if you press F2 while the computer is starting up, you can change them to Silent and it's a lot more tolerable! The peripherals are nice too.

Good for the price

Only reason it get's 4 and not 5 stars is the lack of built in RAM. but with 2 open slots left there's plenty of room to grow.
