Great system but terrible customer service

DEFECTIVE PIECE OF TRASH

DO NOT BUY IT. The company is based in California and will not pay shipping to receive it. IT IS HEAVY! I have had to remove parts and ship them. THE COMPUTER IS DEFECTIVE and should not be sold. Do not buy without an additional warranty. IT IS TRASH
