    I purchased this PC for my daughter’s birthday. She was so excited until we got it and turned it on to find the BRAND NEW PC HAD A BAD GRAPHICS CARD! This is no a reflection on Best Buy. Cyberpower knows this is a problem and it’s on them.

    Great PC, may need to troubleshoot

    I had to trouble shoot because my monitor couldn't detect it (yes I had it plugged into the write place and everything) ended up finally fixing it by reseating the gpu which is something prebuilt PC buyers shouldn't have to do. Althought that was stressful the PC is great once I got it working.

    Whoever formatted this computer is terrible. Windows was installed incorrectly so I had to reinstall it all over again. Computer also freezes time to time. No good. Regretting buying this desktop - can't even return anymore.

    buy from anyone else. Machine came with smashed case, then one month later the ram sticks failed. Never buying through this co again.

    Stop working after 2 weeks and my local best buy didnt let me return it since it was pass 15 days when i was able to get there so now i got to pay geek squad to fix it

    Power cord came broken…

    It was a great deal, but the power cord that goes into the power supply came broken. I contacted Best Buy and they said they’d give me the part I needed as long as I had my receipt.

    Horrible, do NOT buy this computer! We bought it for our sons b day over a month ago. He still has not been able to play it. We opened up the box, did what the instructions said to do. The next day, screen went black, computer did nothing. We had up the it back to best buy. They exchanged it with a new ( aftet i wad racially insulted by the "manager". I was treated do badly a different manager had to step in to finish the exchange. We get that one home, able to turn it on. Then spent the 6 days waiting for a game to download. The day it finished, we went to start the game, and the screen goes black, and the computer will do nothing. Have to take it back again, now they want geek squad to fix this one. I leave it with them, 3 hours latet they call and say they're is a manufacturer defect and it can not be fixed. He proceedes to tell me to go to a different best buy to get a 3rd one. When i got to the other best buy, i told them i didn't want the same one. They had hardly any inventory so i was stuck with the same thing. On line there are tons of people doing the same thing about black screen, i guess they ship them with an outdated grafics card or something. Oh ya and by the way each time i had to exchange the computer, they had me go to the sheboygan store, then fox point, and then to the mayfair location. All of south esdtetn wi, not right! Stay away from this brand, avoid best buy in general if possible. All they care about is taking your money, not standing behond the products they sell.

    Worked great one day, when my boy came back from our party, could not log in , kept running self repairings systems. Will take it back and exchange it for a better one

    The Pokémon Trading Card of prebuits

    Oh man what an adventure. So here is the deal. This is like the Pokémon trading card of prebuilt computers. The hardware in the display model at BestBuy was not what I got at all. I was lucky enough to get an EVGA branded RTX card and power supply along with an MSI Nvme. The demo model on the floor did not have this hardware. If you are buying this, know that you might get hardware from generic manufactures or from more reputable manufactures. It’s a toss up. Next up is cooling. The CPU cooler may as well not be there. I played a game of Counter Strike (a game that came out 10 years ago) and I got the CPU up to 81 Celsius. You will 100% need to buy a new cooler for the CPU. I went with a Corsair 240mm cooler which fits nicely on the roof of the case. Temp doesn’t go above 54 Celsius now. I was only able to do this because the power supply was good. You might not get the same power supply. Installing the new cooler was a mess. The cable management is miserable out of the box and none of the case fans are attached to the mother board. All LED lighting is 3 pin. You can buy a Kia with 300hp or a Mustang with 300hp. This is a gamble because you really don’t know what you are going to get. I’d recommend this PC to anyone who has the knowledge to build their own but is to lazy. You’ll have to upgrade at least the cooler and probably the Ram (at some point). The cooler can be done easily but this isn’t the computer you buy for your kid and forget about it. This is something you’ll have to monitor and baby to get long term use out if it. Giving it 1 star because it’s really not as advertised and if I didn’t know as much as I do about computers-this whole thing would most likely be dead in a week.

    This computer has a huge problem with my wifi speed. All my other devices get 500 +mbps but this GAMING PC only gets 100mbps on a good day!
