As of right now I’m frustrated. I bought this yesterday and am already experiencing my screen going black and freezing I had to contact geek squad and they “fixed it” if they actually fixed it and it works without problems my review will change but for now don’t buy might be bug

Purchased this Pre-built through Best Buy with ease. Picked up in store a few days later. So far so good! Easy to setup from the box. Runs great so far! Everything downloads very fast. Downloaded and installed the new Hogwarts game in 5 minutes or less. Super happy with my CyberPower PC so far. Would recommend.

Came damaged with piece of plastic broken off. Could run any games on it the games would crash during startup. Tried updating the GPU drivers for the display and resolution got stuck on some large display. Then we tried to reset it back to factory and now just boots to a blank screen. Returning it tomorrow.

Terribly slow wifi. No way to update BIOS. Updated all drivers and any windows updates I could find and nothing would make the wifi usable. Laptop had no issues in the same room getting 300+ mbps but this desktop won’t get over 9mbps even with the external antennae installed. Returned after less than 24 hours.

Impressive and well worth what I paid! It runs so quiet and I've been able to play online for hours without worry of it overworking or overheating. While my monitors definitely need an upgrade, they pair well with my new tower. My more savvy computer gamer friend is quite impressed with the specs.

It freezes when I try to play call of duty and the pc is very slow

My experience was that this was junk. Had to return it. Would not stay powered on more than 10-12 seconds, corrupted windows and couldn't do anything with it. Brick. Junk brick.

I got this for christmas and it is the best gift! I just set everything up and it works amazing. It is quiet and doesnt take up too much space and also easy to set up which is a perk. I cant wait to use this daily for my gaming.

My PC actually showed up chipped, but I was able to fix it. It runs perfectly even though I just got it a few days ago. I will update if it has any changes. It runs slightly loud and slightly hot though.

Really fast computer for the price, and its quiet. If you are pushing the video card, it will make fan noise, but other than stressing the system, this is the quietest PC Ive ever had.

Great computer, easy to setup out of the box! This is my second Cyberpower PC first one lasted 6 years and is still running, just needed to upgrade

Amazing PC for the price. Helps me do everything I did on my previous PC but at an increased rate of efficiency and speed. Games run smoothly and I can stream with no problem.

It arrived early, and was an easy setup. Runs as smooth as butter, and as quite as a feather in the a gentile breeze. Great for graphic design. It's fantastic!

This is my first gaming PC that I've gotten, and I am very happy with it. If you are looking for your first PC, I suggest getting this one if you are willing to spend the amount of money that it costs. It was easy to set up, it runs smooth, the design is great, and it comes with a mouse and keyboard if you don't own them already. And if you are interested in modifying it to your liking then you definitely can because of the bigger case.

Excellent Machine for the every day dad ! im able to Work OR Play Without any hesitation. Best Decision Ive made this year so far !!! Had it up and running is mere minutes !!

Excellent PC that is perfect for all my graphic design needs. The windows are easy to navigate, and I am able to produce a considerable amount of work in a timely manner. I love the design of the computer, especially the RGB lights that give it some pizazz while I'm working long hours on my projects. This PC definitely gives me the confidence that I need to produce high-quality work for my clients.

Im new to this PC thing but based off of my research, this PC has some nice options to add more things like ram and storage. It looks and run smooth also

this PC overall has been great FPS and performance are perfect for my games i get a stable 240 FPS in almost all games. I have had no problems with the PC besides the RGB fan lights stopped working though i don't mind because i didn't pay much attention to them anyways.

I am astonished by this pc. It runs very smooth and I have had no problems so far. The price is also worth it and im surprised that it cost as low as it did.
