very good PC. Runs very well. never had trouble with it. Its very responsive.

I got this through a cyber monday deal (or maybe it was black friday, the days blend together). I'm not a massive computer guy, but this was super easy to set up. Been running really smoothly. It looks great as well, so here's to hoping we get a lot of mileage out of this bad boy!

The computer is great and was built really well, but let me explain why it is only getting 3 stars from me. I didn't buy this direct from Best Buy. It was brand new in the box and after I purchased this computer it sat in my basement for 6 months as I didn't have time to set it up. When I finally set it up, it would turn on but there was no video. At first I suspected the video card was faulty. So I took the video card out and put it in my old machine and it worked just fine. I tried putting a different video card in the computer and that didn't work either. After that I assumed either the motherboard or CPU must be bad, but as luck would have it, the CPU in my old computer is compatible with the motherboard. So I wanted to do a test and swap the CPUs to see if they would work in either. However, I noticed on the motherboard MFGs website that my old motherboard required a BIOS update to support the CPU that came with this computer, so I did that first. I did the CPU swap and both worked perfectly. I then check the motherboard MFGs website for the motherboard that came with this computer and that motherboard also requires a BIOS update to run the 5600X. I booted it back up with the old CPU and checked the BIOS revision and it was, indeed, not at the minimum revision to run the new CPU. So after updating the BIOS on this motherboard, it works just fine with the 5600X. I hope other people's experience with this machine wasn't like mine and worked right out of the box. CyberPowerPC is lucky that I fix computers for a living and know how to troubleshoot and fix it. This only gets 3 stars for the hassle I had to go through just to get it to work.

Great Gaming pc! I played a lot of games and I had no problems at all!

Was easy to unpack. Came with everything i needed and the setup was super simple. It runs smoothly and at an amazing speed. My kids are homeschooled, plus my work, and im a gamer and its amazing with doing all of that that it works so well and doesnt cause any slowdowns or lags.
