Upon opening and replacing parts I notice that the installed components are low grade brands. They showcase a nice EVGA graphic card in store, but what I got was a PNY graphic card. The motherboard is a low quality Asrock. The PSU is a 600w non modular cheapy. But what tops it off is the attached pictures. I upgraded the graphic card and to my shock and amazement the case would not accept, so I had to highly fabricate. If I could take it back, I undoubtedly would have went another route.

Great PC so far! I've had it for a few weeks now and I'm really enjoying it. It's very fast and it looks beautiful. I get high FPS in all of the games I play on very high settings. -The PC wouldn't recognize my monitor at first and after calling customer support, we figured out the graphics card was loose. I had to deal with going through each component of the PC before being able to use it. LED lights were also disconnected. After getting through that, this PC has been wonderful. It was a pretty nice upgrade from my ASUS GL503VM laptop. Very pleased.

I have this computer for a few years now, I run some pretty extensive animation programs and haven't had an issue. Honestly, this runs Maya and Unreal Engine significantly better than anticipated. However, the lights went out almost immediately and won't turn back on which does make me a little sad.

I absolutely love this set up. It works great, runs super-fast and come on. It's a rad design too. All that and it was super affordable. For what I've gotten and this price, in my opinion it's the best bang for your buck out there today.

Upper argb fan light on the front display seems busted, never turned on out of the box. Despite that, the employee that helped me with this purchase was fantastic.

I've always wanted a more heavy intensive computer to play my games, so I browsed for more alluring and accepting selections. I eventually came to with Cyberpower, and discovered its immense value in my own hand, with great stats and specs for its value, being able to play all my games I wanted to play. Definitely a recommended device to use!

My son did his research and chose this system and he has been thrilled. The set up was very easy. Pretty much unpack and you're up and running. He did buy a smaller keyboard only because of space restrictions on his desk. He has been very pleased with the graphics, ease of use and speed.

I purchased this PC during Black Friday, and even though I got a great deal, I would be more than happy with this purchase if I had paid the full retail price. This is my first desktop PC, and I am so very happy with this setup. I am able to do so many of the things I love, from gaming at ultra settings to creating 3D scenes and animations in Blender. I use this PC too much for my own good, but I think that is a testament to how great this build is. For all of the games I play, I am able to run them on maximum settings, and I am able to power through pretty intensive 3D scenes and physics simulations with ease. I will continue to look for cyberpower products in the future because I am blown away with how great this system is for the extremely reasonable price I got it at.

Bought a "CyberPowerPC - Gamer Master Gaming desktop Model : GMA4800BSTV10 at my local Best Buy and it has been working effortlessly. I'm a Computer Science major and an active gamer/streamer and it handles all-of-the-above-related tasks without any screen tear or lag. From computer programming tasks to streaming live on Twitch, I have had 0 issues. I even run programs like Adobe Premiere Pro with great run time. The fan noise is hardly noticeable and the wiring and inside of computer case is neat and easily accessible. Easily upgrade-able and have had 0 issues running long periods of use. RGB lighting is consistent and not faulty either if that's a selling point to you.

got this computer thinking it was gonna be like my last computer running games 144 fps and such much im on fortnite cranking 90's at 1000 fps and not even that rust i got 150 fps in roams which is face to face combat so there is a lot going on worth spending the money awesome computer after the 2 days of having it it was the best purchase of my life.

This is my first PC that I've bought and used seriously in a long time. I have been using this computer extensively for the past 4 months for watching media and playing games (Elden Ring and CoD primarily) on high settings and it has been great for the price. I have not experienced any drops in frame rate that have affected performance in any noticeable way, as long as my in game settings were set up correctly. so it's been fantastic. The case is spacious, so if you ever decide to upgrade to liquid cooling, it shouldn't be an issue. The motherboard and GPU that came in mine are from Gigabyte (GPU has a Geforce RTX 3060 chipset), which has a decent reputation among builders. The motherboard has room to upgrade your RAM, coming with 4 slots, but only using 2. There is also room to add another SSD onto the motherboard, which is super handy for those who want to upgrade and use a lot of memory. I have had no issues with games crashing, running that was at fault of the PC. I have had no problems with heating either, but if you're used to higher end cooling systems, you know it's not super quiet, but I honestly don't even notice it over what I'm doing on the computer most of the time. My only qualm with it is the intake for the front fans is wide open, so it can collect dust at a faster rate than I'd like, but if you just used canned air to remove the dust and cut up a piece of mesh and place it over the opening, its fine. Overall, for the price, it's a fantastic option for people who are starting to game on PC, it does everything you need to with some room to upgrade in the future if you need to.

I love this computer so much. It works so well and is so smooth, my son loves it and thanks the company so much for having a nice cheap computer that is good to use for his gaming. He now tells all of his friends to get this computer brand because he is so in love with how the company is with their customers and computers. Thank you BestBuy and CyberPower!

This computer is great for video games and editing, haven’t experienced any actual problems with it besides other softwares but it really is worth the price. Only complaint is that there isn’t any actual way to change the colors customary as far as I know, only presets but I am fine with purplish pink :)

Love the PC perfect combination of regular websurfing and gaming!

I usually try to build my own computer because who knows what I need and how I need it better than I do. I was also unfamiliar with CyberPowerPC, again, I build my own. So when Christmas was rolling around and my PC finally needed to be upgraded, I took a closer look. This prebuild is less expensive than it would have been for me to buy the components on my own so I took it home. It has been nearly a month and never, not once, have I had a problem that was not due to user error. It runs all my games, all my streaming, everything without any problems. I'm actually pretty impressed with this entry level system. This will not be the last time I buy from them.

I purchased this PC recently, and so far, I am very happy with it. Set up was easy and the PC is fast. Any game I've tried has run great!
