It was working fine until something stopped working

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the performance of a PC I purchased recently. From the very first day of ownership, I encountered several issues that have rendered the device unreliable. Initially, I noticed that the fan lights did not activate, which raised concerns about the system's functionality. Additionally, the PC struggled to perform basic tasks, such as opening a web browser, despite having a previous computer that operated efficiently without high-end specifications, like a 3060 graphics card. In an effort to resolve these issues, I sought assistance at Best Buy, but unfortunately, their team was unable to provide a solution. I also attempted to connect my VR headset via SteamVR, but the system crashed consistently. This occurred even while trying to run "Blade and Sorcery," a relatively straightforward game that should not impose significant demands on the hardware. It is worth noting that the crashes persisted even when I attempted to play without any modifications. Given my experience, I cannot recommend this PC to others. I hope to find a resolution to these issues soon, as the current state of the device is far from satisfactory. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Some crashes and fan is loud but no major problems.

I liked the design overall, but it wouldn’t stay powered on for more than 5 minutes. It kept crashing and giving me blue screens within the first few days. I exchanged it for a HP Omen, a much better PC.

A good bang for buck pc ready to go out of the box

So far good quality, let see how long it can go. Time will show the final result.

Ive had this for about a month and it was fine until this randomly happened and it completely just doesnt work this is all that shows just blue dots

This is a definite starter PC. Components seemed like a great purchase at the time, but unfortunately I was proven incorrect. My PC worked great for about three days, but after I started playing games with more particle effects (Total War: Rome II, Warhammer: Darktide) I found that these games would crash after five minutes of playtime. This was deeply upsetting as this was my first prebuilt PC. My previous PC, which had parts that were significantly inferior to this mind you, could run these games easily. Returned it after only a week and ordered parts for a new home built PC from Newegg!

Started out being a great gaming PC until less than a year and a half of owning it now needs a new processor and new motherboard would not recommend buying this specific PC
