Graphics card kept disappearing on my device manager and not working. PC kept turning off for no reason.

Cant even get play a full game in MW2 without it crashing. All drivers are updated and everything so no that’s not the problem. Crashes in the menu also. Def would not recommend if you plan on playing AAA titles. Returned within a week of owning it.

Purchased an open box and it didn't work at all. Best Buy was helpful with the return process but, it would be more helpful if these systems being sold were confirmed to work before displaying them for purchase.

Problems out the box. Had to bring it back for help deleting and reinstalling a bunch of stuff to get it to turn on and boot correctly. Now it does this thing where every time it turns on we have to reset the PIN or wait two hours to log in - per google, a common issue with this machine

It froze up on me over 20+ times the first day I purchased it. Brought it back to the store, I was informed that they have nothing but issues with this PC due to poor design and manufacturing. Don’t waste your time find a better product for your self.

Was very excited for this PC as I was happy with the price. However immediately once taken home it crashed on games it should have ran. Overall, I believe the issue was with the graphics card. Returned for an ibuypower and haven’t had any issues since.

Crashes on me every second of the day. Called a friend and found out parts are cheap and paid an extra 600$ for “labor” and it doesn’t even work

Wish I could give this pc 0 stars!! GPU keeps overheating and crashing. I’ve even turned down the graphics as much as possible and within 5 min of playing a game my GPU temp hits 80 and immediately crashes

PC came to me with a system 32 failure. I tried even loading up bing or google and it would just keep crashing and blue screening. Not worth the money nor the time of getting frustrated.

First one shipped to us and was broken. Second one shipped to us and didn't work. Customer support does not stand behind their product.

PC Shuts down during gaming. Checked all connections.

This PC is a phenomenal purchase. I have had it for a little over a month now and it is more than capable of handling the games I play with no issue (Hogwarts Legacy, Apex, Minecraft, COD, Destiny2...etc.). The only thing I would change is the RAM from 16 GB to 32GB. Otherwise, this computer is literally perfect. I think what sold me for it was the fact that the glass opens on the side without having to unscrew anything since its on a hinge. It makes cleaning it a breeze.

I bought this pc after my laptop started to go. For my first desktop, I am very happy with my purchase! It runs very well, doesn't get too hot, and overall has a nice design. I appreciate the fact that it has a glass hinge door for easy access to the internal parts of the computer for cleaning purposes. Being on AM5 is also a big plus! :)

I've never needed a computer this powerful. I bought it to run an architecture software and the gaming specs worked for the rendering I needed. The price point was amazing, and I was able to make some upgrades easily with the glass door access. Would definitely recommend to other people shopping for a workhorse on a budget.

Recently purchased this excellent gaming PC for myself. Already loving my purchase and enjoying gaming on this system. This is my first gaming PC and I feel like I got everything I was looking for at a reasonable price.

Unboxing and setup was a breeze. Price to parts ratio is fair. Internal wiring job was above average. Would recommend if you know nothing about pc building or you're like me and know how but desperate and low on time/patience

This product was easy to set up, runs smooth and fast, and was well worth the price. This was purchased as my teenage sons first gaming computer, and has had no issues running any of his games so far!

Amazing device. I'm not too savvy when it comes to computers, however I've never had one that works this well! I couldn't be happier! It's great for gaming and very easy to open up to upgrade as time goes on.

it is a great prebuilt for it’s price and the performance is amazing it hardly ever gets hot when i use it for hours but never over heats. overall great computer.

PC is more than I expected. I have not had time for gaming in the past but recently got into it a little. This is a great PC for that. Great price and great service at BestBuy
