Good computer for price but not easy setup

Got it for a really nice price on Cyber Monday, and other than some shipping issues, it came through quickly and in good shape. That said, so far, I'm a bit frustrated with the setup. It came without the Microsoft Store app, and I have multiple Windows 10 apps I want to use that say they are compatible and downloadable, but I can't get the Microsoft Store app to load. I've done all the trouble shooting on the Microsoft site and am at the point where I now have the option of living with not having PhotoShop elements and other apps I have paid for or reimaging the entire machine and starting the windows set up all over again. I also have had a challenge with finding the same RAM module that is installed. It's a T-Force module, DDR5 at 6000 mhz CL38, but nothing I have found on any online retailer has matched the model number on the actual RAM in the computer. So now I have to decide if I roll the dice to try the closest match with the same specs or if I should just bite the bullet and buy all brand new modules and mark the one that came with the machine as a total loss. The machine itself is fairly nice, and it has good specs for the price. Just thought by this point in my life that computer manufacturers would have figured out how to ship a computer that is fully functional and easy to upgrade.
