I purchased the CyberPowerPC Gamer Master Gaming Desktop from Best Buy with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience has been filled with frustration. Upon receiving the PC, I was given the wrong power supply cord, which damaged the internal components of the system. Despite multiple attempts to get help from Best Buy locations, I was given incorrect solutions and met with poor customer service rather than the support I needed. Now, the PC is underperforming and not functioning as expected, and after reaching out to CyberPowerPC and CitiBank for assistance, I’ve found no real support from either. I’m left with a damaged and mediocre system, which is far from what I paid for. That said, I remain hopeful that someone from CyberPowerPC, Best Buy, or CitiBank will take the time to review my situation and provide the necessary support. I’ve spent a lot of time, effort, and money on this product, and I sincerely hope this review will bring attention to my case and bring it to a fair resolution. I must explore legal options to address the damages if the situation isn't resolved soon. However, I would prefer to find a solution that involves working directly with the companies involved. I genuinely hope someone will reach out and make this right. Rating: 2/5 stars – Disappointed with the product and customer service, but hopeful for a resolution.

Runs games great! Especially games like Overwatch and Baulders Gate 3, wluld recommend

Bought this PC on sale during Black Friday to save some pennies. What a great deal on a pre built PC. I wanted to build my own PC but couldnt pass up the deal Cyberpower had going on with this computer. 2 months of use and its flawless. Clean and quiet!

So far so good! Very excited to be playing some fun games on this!

So far it is meeting my expectations, was easy to set and use

Enjoying the new PC I recently purchased. This is a good quality pc for avid gamers. Wanted to go with pre built over building my own. Would recommend this as a purchase for any gamer going down the pre built avenue and not wanting to break the bank.

I would like to say that this has been one of the best investments I have made. This PC has made for a more than great start and the performance on this is out of this world, Definity worth the purchase and I would encourage others to the same!!!

Super impressive PC. I couldn't pass up this deal as a gift for my gf this year. Plenty of power to be running any games she's thrown at it, including Sims 4 with an unreal amount of packs, etc. Very happy and would recommend.

Very good value as an open box, especially with the 4060 and a 2 TB SSD.
