I purchased the CyberPowerPC Gamer Master Gaming Desktop from Best Buy with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience has been filled with frustration. Upon receiving the PC, I was given the wrong power supply cord, which damaged the internal components of the system. Despite multiple attempts to get help from Best Buy locations, I was given incorrect solutions and met with poor customer service rather than the support I needed. Now, the PC is underperforming and not functioning as expected, and after reaching out to CyberPowerPC and CitiBank for assistance, I’ve found no real support from either. I’m left with a damaged and mediocre system, which is far from what I paid for. That said, I remain hopeful that someone from CyberPowerPC, Best Buy, or CitiBank will take the time to review my situation and provide the necessary support. I’ve spent a lot of time, effort, and money on this product, and I sincerely hope this review will bring attention to my case and bring it to a fair resolution. I must explore legal options to address the damages if the situation isn't resolved soon. However, I would prefer to find a solution that involves working directly with the companies involved. I genuinely hope someone will reach out and make this right. Rating: 2/5 stars – Disappointed with the product and customer service, but hopeful for a resolution.

I love the machine. I built my last PC and Cyberpower made it too easy to simply let someone else do exactly what I wanted to do myself with a much more aesthetic case than the last time I tried to do it.

It works alright but for the money i ciuld have done better but since i needed it quick this pc did the trick however for 1200 bucks u can obsolutely get a better deal in other places . Now i regret buying it but it did the job when i needed it ,,, i bought it like 3 weeks ago.

Great gaming computer. We had an initial issue with the wifi and the games running slow but after we realized that we had not connected the antenna, it worked fine.

Nice pc gaming, good processor, good memory, good mother board

I’ve been using this pc for 2 months now and haven’t had any problems. It’s my first gaming pc and I’ve been able to run cod, Fortnite, and valorant with no issues

this pc is very reliable it came in perfect condition. I didn't have to do too much to set it up. I recommend it for a first-time pc stater.

Overall good product. mine came with a cracked leg piece but nothing i couldnt live with. the stock fan in it is kinda bad as my cpu was reaching 90 c anytime i played a game. also looked into upgrading that and they dont have the hooks in the build for a watercooler.

Great prebuilt pc, very smooth, great specs. Good for just starting out. The keyboard and mouse is decent, would recommend to upgrade. Overall, very solid

Unfortunately my computer arrived without a hard drive. But, on the bright side, customer service was great and they are getting a new computer sent out right away.

Very good value as an open box, especially with the 4060 and a 2 TB SSD.

The product it self is good, you would have to do some minor upgrades if you want a better performace but out of box it is very sold.

Pc arrived on time and without a scratch. Great build for the price, recommend for anyone looking for beginner or thinking of upgrading to something on a budget.

Super exciting and beautifully built for my needs to learn how to make a great time for the whole family and I think it will work out well

Bought for my son at Christmas time. Delivered before they estimated it would be delivered. Son was so excited exactly what he wanted.
