Haven't got it set up to run for a real review, but this is informational. I figure everyone looks at the one stars. This lists it as 16.5 inches tall. This is really 19.25 inches tall. Bought a cart that should have had plenty of space, that it ends up not fitting.

First time buying a pre-built gaming pc. The specs had me really excited until I started trying to play some games on the thing and ever game would crash to desktop after a few minutes of play. Turns out other people had this issue and reported that I'd need to manually disable overclocking on my cpu in the bios in order to run anything in a stable state. Considering I chose a prebuilt pc specifically to avoid any technical hassle, this is a poor impression. It doesn't mention overclocking in any of the setup manuals or on the support pages at all.

I can not hook up two monitors !!!! But other that the item works' good.

Runs smoothly but having some ram issues as it’s eating up 50% at idle

After about 6 months of use I kept having hardware failure and had to keep contacting manufacturer just to have them replace a part that didnt fix the problem over and over again. Would not recommend.

Not a fan, major performance issues , you need another stick of ram to even run any games , and you need to turn off the integrated graphics just to try to play a game and not overheat and if you aren’t tech savvy don’t bother with this thing I’m seriously considering trying to return this or just trash it and ask for a refund this thing is not good Any higher ups in Best Buy or cyber power I want a refund

bad crashes all the time regret this purchase most games can’t play

Haven't opened the box yet; bought as a gift, went to add to it by having a thumb drive with the manual and drivers. The CyberPowerPC website is horribly out of date, it is impossible to find drivers or manual. I'm taking it back (still in the box, unopened) tomorrow.

Added 41 week had to update it for things to work properly

The GeForce Rtx graphics card was broken since day one. Very sad that this computer didn’t come as it should. Also given the run around by cyberpower

It was great until it quit on me and now Best buy is giving me the runaround to get it replaced or my $$$ refunded..

Stopped working 8 days after the 1 year warranty expired.

Broke a month into me having it and I had to pay geek squad another $200 to fix it, seems like a scam to me

In less than 2 months i hear a POP and smell something burned. I have no idea what happend with the pc.

The Windows 11 system requires immediate online connection, but the computer's wireless was not programmed. had to return same day.

Motherboard troubleshooting lights came on and wouldn't boot up anymore. Had to return it.

Product didn’t work. I brought it in and it was missing a piece on the mother board. It wouldn’t even turn on.

It’s too expensive here We got cheaper one They should have give some money back if something like this
