it crashed three times in the first day of me having it

Defective from purchase, was not able to run anything other than a couple tabs on edge

I was Only sold 8gb of ram when it says 16 gb of ram

Got two of them. Both were delivered broken. One to my house one to the store

Great higher performance prebuilt. Got this in a Cyber Monday sale, only reason I would purchase this model. It was a great deal with the 2 TB SSD and 4060 GPU. The internal components are worth what I paid for the whole prebuilt. The CPU would likely need to be upgraded if you were really working this PC, but otherwise it's a great computer. Case fans are ok. May need to upgrade CPU fan to a liquid cooled model. Quick note - Only 1 stick of ram is used to make 16 gb. There are 4 ram slots, so for a cheap sum you can upgrade this to a 2 channel 32 gb ram. Matching ram is easily purchased online. Keyboard and mouse are ok. Great WIFI signal with included antennas.

This PC is fantastic for the price. I had an ibuypower PC with one problem after another since I bought it and it died in less than 2 years. I got this cyberpowerpc for only $999 and it's a million times better than my old PC. I didn't expect it to be that great for the price. The graphics are amazing and it's speedy. My gaming experience is better than I ever imagined it could be!

SMooth PC Good speed really easy to use I do recommend for a 1 thousand dollar price range

I recieved this PC for my birthday. After ~15 minutes, I was already all set. Simple instructions, no problems, and amazing performance. I got about 600fps on Rocket League at max settings, 325fps on War Thunder at max settings, and about 1000 on Minecraft with 24 chunks of render distance. Overall, very good PC for me, and probably you as well.

Nice fast computer with a lot of space. Easy to set up and use. A huge upgrade from my 5 year old clunker.

Great starter gaming computer. Good RGB with the starter mouse and keyboard. Runs smooth with most games on steam after a week. Larger than expected, does not fit under normal desk set ups. Keyboard and mouse are wired. No start up issues or lag when linked to ethernet cable

Great value! Only issue was I had to reinstall some parts of windows that it was missing but was an easy fix. PC has been perfect for work and gaming otherwise! I would recommend the one with the Intel processor instead if you are going to use it for work.

Really Fast and nice computer. After my last pc board broke upon trying to upgrade the processor, I was looking for a game console and the specs and reviews i googled in the store were impressive and will load any game on steam. Good deal for the price!!!

i recently upgraded from a gaming laptop, And this laptop runs games my gaming laptop wasnt able to run, honestly such a good Gaming PC mainly for the price.

I love my new computer! It's, fast ws easy to set up and it's even pretty! I had it up an running quickly with all my saved passwords!

Computer runs great! Easy setup, great service at Best Buy, and phenomenal deal! Mouse is a little janky but besides that it's fine.
