Ordered this for in-store pickup on 12/15 and was told it will be ready by 12/22. Never got an email confirmation but did continue watching the order on the website. No movement. Today, 12/19 I chatted in to ask why I have not gotten an email confirmation and whats up? I was informed that the item is not arriving in time, is not in stock close enough and they had to request it from another location and it will arrive on 12/26 (although the new order shows 12/27) They changed this without even asking me! This is a Christmas Item. If I did not chat in to ask what was going on, I still would not know! I should have been informed immediately of the issue and given the time to find it elsewhere. If I did not chat in, I would not know! Asked the agent for a credit due to this incredible inconvenience and was told they cant do credits online. I asked why not - I see that as per the website that they do credits via online chat - and he told me no, I had to call. So - during Christmas season, I had to wait on hold for a ridiculous amount of time to go through the exact same convo again. What infuriates me is Best Buy did not do their part - they did not tell me the item was out of stock and had me hanging around waiting for the last week for an update. If I did not reach out, I would not have known! It is one thing for Best Buy to reach out and apologize and explain it went out of stock blah blah blah - but they did not even do that! I am furious. Waiting on hold right now to see if something can be done! Will update my product rating and overall experience as I see fit. Although I have not gotten the item yet, the overall experience this far has been awful and I already have a very sour taste in my mouth so hopefully Best Buy can fix the issue, accommodate in some way - and I am hoping this PC is stellar so that the sour taste can be lessened and I am able to leave a more positive review not only of the PC but of best buy as well. TERRIBLE customer service thus far - which makes me question how the service and help will be after we have the PC! We dont even have it yet! (OH!!!!! And item was out of stock this whole time - but Best Buy surely did charge my card nearly $1,200 already - not even pending. Fully charged!)

The best computer I could have bought for the budget it has, the GeForce RTX 4060 is a beast in the games like Fortnite, COD, GTA V and more games that use a lot of fps and graphics.

just got this pc it was amazing so far, I love it. absolutely amazing and the workers who helped me were just as amazing honestly good customer serves could never get aby better than this.

I love this PC Its fast and can run all of my games great. I also love the keyboard and mouse that came with it. I recommend this Pc.

A lot of pre builds have issues to start with but this computer is well put together everything is downloaded ready to go no issues.

Super easy to set up but probably the only thing i need to up grade is the fans and cpu cooler just not able to customize the rgb like i would like to and its a bit noisy but those are things i could live with for a bit

Love this PC for my sims gaming and work, but it can be very loud. Love it just a little worried about it's long term durability. A year in and it held up AMAZING!
