PC freezes up
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My son has had this PC since Christmas 2023 and it is already having issues. It has been frewzing up on him. We tried resetting it but its still doing it. Will need to bring it in to get fixed.

Shuts off completely at random times!

Cyberpower pre builders need to step up
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i got this pc and came with crashing problems. then i returned it as soon as i saw it was'nt loading games for a few mins then crash. i got another of the same pc and same problems. i highly suggest not to buy this pc as people cannot fix these pcs at points and come shipped as messed up. tried everything i can to get this pc to run games and run normally as i only had steam and a few other apps such as phasmophobia, vrchat, roblox etc. if there are fixes please make a video on how to fix a pc like this model and brand without any crashes or freezing. and it would start up and freeze to crash and boot into repair auto and would freezeas it tried repairing and comes with a error saying not repairable.

Buyer beware!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Do not buy a CyberPower PC! I bought a Gamer Supreme PC back in April 2023. Since then, now in October 2023, the ethernet card has failed, the CPU has failed, and now the motherboard has failed. CyberPower's solution to this is to have you send the entire PC in for repair, for which they will not even pay for shipping (which will cost ~$300-400). Stay away from CyberPower!

Defective right off the start
