||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.bought this computer for playing a couple of games through a 4k monitor. factorio runs perfectly at 4k. path of exile some glitches at 4k but runs perfectly at 1440p. there is an odd issue with the sound, some static noise under some circumstances, but not all. i am not sure but i think it is noise is graphics card related. in spite of this, i am pleased a very nice computer at a great price.

Daughters first gaming computer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A decent computer right out of the box , the ryzen 1600 is no slouch the RX 580 4gb does a decent job in gaming , this is my daughters first gaming pc , this is my first cyberpower pc the build quality is decent cable management is decent a plus is the side panel is glass not cheap plexiglass which scratches easy , she will enjoy this till it’s time to upgrade in a few years lol

Shipped Defective
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After waiting three weeks for this console to arrive (which is on Best Buy, not the manufacturer) I pop the box open to find my new computer looks quite literally like somebody kicked in the top of the console. The uppermost panel is buckled in. It may be purely cosmetic, and had I not paid over $700 I might have been willing to tolerate it, but here's the thing: the exterior box and foam packaging are completely fine. I would have noticed at the store if the box had suffered that kind of mishandling. The tower was shipped in this clearly damaged state by CyberPowerPC, and if a company is willing to overlook such obvious issues when it sends out a product I won't take it on good faith that the inside is intact - or even the correct specs. This computer going right back; wouldn't risk buying from this company again.

For the price (price-matched at a lower price a week later) it is a good value and didn't require the time or effort of purchasing the parts and putting one together. Although the GFX card could have been an 8GB instead of 4GB, it's good on games on high settings.
