I had to return it after finding out that getting a prebuilt is basically companies stealing your money. You can build a way more advanced PC instead of buying prebuilt.

Dont not waste your time or your money on this rig. This is a sorry excuse for a gaming PC. Every part is the cheapest they could have possibly stuffed in there. It kept randomly cutting on and off multiple times in a row. The power supply can barely manage to run whats inside. DO NOT BUY this JUNK!!! I threw this in the garbage.

In terrible shape. Every item was opened/used and the box was damaged after they opened it, closed it, and resealed it. The front of the case looks like it was dragged across concrete, and the manufacturers warning stickers were halfway peeled off the ports they were supposed to protect in transit. This computer is useless.

Well I bought this because my old gaming rig died. This is what I would consider a bare bones rig. No DVD/CD/ Blu ray and no capacity to add it. the front of the unit will not accept any thing like that.. so if you want an optical drive you will need an external... I also hate the Windows 10 OS. All in all its a bare bones computer that is overpriced... It will probably be ok once i add some more video cards and some more memory and an SSD.. so yeah not really a good deal

      Dear TrinityMartist,

We are deeply sorry to hear you feel that way. The PC can support various other operating systems so you are not locked in to using Windows 10. We do offer various types of builds, however, this Pc is not configured as a barebone system as most if not all our computers regardless of how many components are installed allow full customization. If you have any further questions or concerns then please do not hesitate to give our tech support agents a call for any assistance; we're always happy to help.

I have now owned 4 of these PC’s. The first one lasted 10 months. It just stopped working, tried everything I knew, took it to two different computer repair shops, they were both dumbfounded. So I went to Best Buy and bought a new one. In about 30 days the ram got fried. At least that’s what they told me when I exchanged it. The next one lasted 2 weeks, the GPU got melted I think. The fourth and final one lasted almost a month. Same problem, GPU got too hot. It was something in a driver update I think. After I updated, the fans never came on. Add that with a good set of headphones and it’s done. That’s my thoughts. I now have one I built myself, seems to be working great, wish I had done that from the start. This was on sale for 699.00 that was hard to pass on, luckily I’m an elite member at Best Buy so I had 45 days to return. I would’ve been so mad had I been stuck with any of the last 3.

First of all, there was no power cord packed in the box. I had to secure one separately. Then, the taping that was on the unit to show where to plug in the monitor did not come off cleanly. And the performance was very sub par. I ended up returning it.

Great specs, when it works it's great but I exchanged this twice and got an HP Omen. This system randomly shuts off, I literally disconnected a keyboard and it shut off, the dust, I pointed at the lights barley touching them on the front...restarts. Mind of it's own. Can't keep doing that after two systems

I can't say enough about how happy I am with this purchase. I'm involved in a music project and am using a very demanding program to record, produce and engineer the songs. I'm on a hard deadline and a couple weeks ago, my trusty intel i7 Asus laptop gave up the fight. After going to the software manufacturer's help page, I found that a lot of people running very high end computers were having problems relating to computer performance. Video card issues also popped up frequently for others. I'm not super knowledgeable about computers and to further complicate things, I'm unfamiliar with the software I'm now running. Because of all the bloatware that's included with most off-the-shelf systems, I wanted to have one built but did not have time to wait. So I found this on the best buy site and drove 50+ miles to the closest store. I printed out the minimum system requirements the software manufacturer provides and took it with me. At 8gb of installed ram, this machine was at the minimum recommend by the software maker. I opted to take a chance with it mainly because the only ram bb had available was fairly expensive. However all of the other specs such as processor speed, video card memory etc were comfortably above minimum requirements. I did opt to add an ssd drive as it was recommended on the software help forum. I've been running my recording/editing software on this machine for around 2 weeks with absolutely no issues. I even found that the program wasn't writing to the ssd because I missed the option of directing the files there when I loaded the program. And that was where the problem arose on my i7 machine. But in spite of my mistake, the 1gb hard drive runs and records flawlessly. I'll get around to changing the file location but for now, it's not an issue. I'm semi retired now but I owned a few businesses during my career. Those necessitated the unemotional experience of buying off the shelf machines to get the job done. If I were still running a business, I would never go back to the brands one expects to see at most local stores. If you want a fast, uncluttered computer that has virtually no bloatware to slow it down, I highly recommend this product. I wasn't a big fan of windows 10 because of another laptop I have (not the i7 laptop, it's running on windows 7) that has been slow since the day I bought it, but I'm coming around thanks to this cyberpower pc. I'm pretty sure it would also make a great platform for video editing as well. Last thing I'll say is I never thought I'd buy another desktop machine but I learned that heat can be a problem when pushing the processor in a laptop. Even though this isn't liquid cooled or loaded with multiple fans, I have had no problems whatsoever. I smile every time I power this computer up because I know it's going to run flawlessly.

    Great starter Gaming PC

    Posted .

Great machine overall for the price. Right out of the box with no adjustments for the most part, you can play some heavy graphics laden games! I was let down to learn that I cant use dual graphic cards or add a stand alone sound card either, although the clerk who helped my said I could. Sound plays through HDMI cable but I cant take full advantage of the 7.1 surround like I had hoped. I would upgrade the RAM for sure, only having 8 gigs isnt enough, let alone clocking in at 2400, for AMD and the Ryzen chips you should look at atleast 3200. At the very LEAST get a 2nd 8 gig chip that matches whats in the machine now so there isnt any problems. In summary, GREAT starter for PC gaming but def has limitations on upgrades.
