great pc runs great looks great works for all my needs

When I took a trip to BestBuy I got the best guidance from staff, I was able to ultimately decide that this was the right PC for my needs and budget. I am happy with my purchase and I am also happy with the support through CyberPowerPC, such great customer service. 10/10 I don't have anything negative to say about this PC.

First day with this desktop and I already love it.

This is one of the best gaming pc I have had so far. My cousin recommended this to me. So I tried and I had no problems with it so far. Ofcourse I have not used it for long but I liked the way the designers designed this pc. I am grateful that I brought this pc. Great buy.

Pretty sweet pc for the money, ready to ply right outta the box. No issues playing any games so far. Comes with a WiFi adapter so that’s a plus. Very happy with the customer service and genuine care of the company. Contacted them once and I talked to a real person.

We purchased this computer for my son online. It finally arrived, 4 days past our confirmed delivery date, and very late on Christmas Eve instead. It was opened on Christmas morning, plugged in, and the PSU was defective. The computer would not turn on. My 14 year old was miserable, as expected from someone that pooled his birthday presents and Christmas presents from the entire family to get the entry level gaming system of his dreams. Back to Best Buy early this morning, Geek Squad guy was great and confirmed our suspicions, it was the PSU. The salespeople tried to help, but since there were only 3 (much higher priced) options available we opted for the next model up. However, the customer service rep would not allow us to keep the $74 discount we had on the first model on our trade up. After speaking to another customer with a very expensive paper weight of his own, I question why Best Buy continues to sell the CyberPower PCs knowing that many of them have no name, failing PSUs. We left with disappointed and with very little confidence left in Best Buy. Maybe we were lucky though, that the PSU showed the fact that it was made of an inferior part from day one, while we could still get our money back.

I just bought this PC, mainly for gaming, but it works for everything! It has a good keyboard and mouse, and it's pretty much ready out of the box. If you want a good, cheap PC, Cyberpower is your best one.

I love this pc so far. Streaming and gaming at the same time; everything runs smoothly. Highly recommend especially if you are just getting started. You don't have to worry about picking your parts on your own.

Top of its league! I play wow at a high level and haven’t had any issues! Great start up and user friendly. If you are looking for a great PC and don’t want to shell out a fortune, this is a perfect choice!

I bought this pc for my son after doing some research on line and I found this cyberpower pc has the requirements that my son was looking for gaming, being able to play his fortnite game.

Played every game I tried to play on great settings with good framerates. No complaints at all. RGB lighting and visible components is cool. Good buy for a prebuilt pc.

Was not in stock at my store location, so I had to order it online and wait about a week. It did arrive sooner than expected (2 weeks). PRETTY COLORS!

I’m new to pc gaming and this is a really good deal for a good pc. I’ve had it for a few weeks now and every game runs smooth. No complaints.

The computer is very attractive it runs very well and the fans are very silent games like rainbow six seige and rust run very well

I just got this for Christmas and i love it! I can play dames with high frames and it feels so fresh.

This is really a good computer and it was working really good until i found out it didn't had the window activated on it

Purchased for $450 on Black Friday. Works great, especially when a solid state drive is added. Would buy again.
