It’s a good pc for its cost but the lights are a little misleading also everyone gets a different pc so it’s a gamble I happen to get a good one that can run games every smothely I would recommend this but it is kind of a gamble and the lights aren’t to good the keyboard also feels a little cheep and the mouse is ok

Horrible Customer Service, Do Not Expect Much

Horrible customer service! I bought this as my first gaming PC. Ive been gaming for awhile but really never had enough money to purchase a tower, let alone a combo with the mouse and keyboard too. As I started unboxing, I noticed that there was a flyer for a free year subscription to MacAfee. I followed all the prompts and afterwards, instead of taking me to MacAfee, it took me to Cyberpower and said I qualified for some headphones. Confused, I reached out to Cyberpower, who only said that MacAfee and apparently the headphones were both "Old Promotions Floating Around" and they offered me a $10 GIFT CARD!?!?! What kind of company treats their customers like this? I understand that promos may be "finished" but at least match the promo with something of equal value. It seems you really don't care about your customers after you get their money. I NEEDED the MacAfee, you couldn't provide it, cool, still not the customer's fault but I get it, but at least offer something comparable to a year subscription to MacAfee ($69) not a $10 gift card or a mousepad worth $5? I plan on returning this product based solely on my customer service experience, and I will share my experience with other gamers to warn them of this company. My customer service rep was Kevin Gonzalez

Be warned - Best Buy's contract does not allow them to service Cyberpower products that are under warranty. You will need to ship the item to California for service AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE. My daughter bought this PC and it stopped working in less than three months. We spent $150 to ship it. It came back and worked for 2 months then stopped working again. Now they expect us to pay to ship it again. Piece of junk and poor customer service.

So 10 days ago I bought a desktop and of course it would crash after 2 hours of use and totally turn of so I exchanged it for it being (defective). And the new one doesn’t turn on at all. So now I have to exchange it again!

Defective out of the box. Had to exchanged it. A year and 2 months since the exchange, the monitor states that there is no connection. Cyperpower PC said it is out of its one year warranty, so I'm out of luck. Don't buy it.

My friend bought this and it broke within one day of use. It is bad when someone who builds his own computer cant even find out what is wrong with it. It is bad and would not be recommended to anyone.
